Basement bathroom broke down about a week into my stay, with the shower and toilet in disrepair and unable to be used for the rest of my stay (about another three weeks). The host of the property promised a 2,000 discount on the rental price I paid, due to this inconvenience. I hope this promised return of my money will be honored. Parking in the driveway of this property was a nightmare, with bumper-to-bumper traffic on the road where it is located being extremely busy between 11am and 6pm. Departing and returning on this driveway felt incredibly unsafe due to the chronic congestion of cars, except during certain times of the day like between 9pm and 6am. The property is located very close to an important on-ramp of a super busy Toronto highway almost always packed with cars. The master bedroom was too loud to sleep in due to the congestion of cars constantly passing by outside the window. I rented this particular property for its kitchen space. Unfortunately there was not that much equipment provided to cook a whole lot of meals, which disappointed me. I would not have rented this particular property had I known any of these things I have mentioned ahead of time.
