Good

Beach access is very limited. We were yelled at several times by the two buildings to not cross the line. There was hardly any space to set up our chairs on the beach.The dryer didn't work until the last day. This was a huge problem and I called several times

Over all nice stay

I’ve rented quite a few places right on the beach and not sure if this one is worthy of the money. pros: Place was very nice,clean, and is described correctly. The private pool and jacuzzi awesome to use, patio is large, only one block off the ocean, couple minutes from the trolly/bus to down town Siesta Key and across the street are some local restaurants, bike shop to rent bikes, local grocery store.Now for the cons: if you like to stay on the beach & see the ocean this place may not be for you(small view). Kitchen needs major utensils as it was kinda tough to cook with the few items that were there. My major gripe was with the property management company…. Although always nice they were unresponsive to my list of items I sent after we arrival on Sat. I had to called them the next day to tell them I wanted to know when the items would be fixed/addressed. My list was the following: 1.the 2 main sliding door locks to the outside patio were broke and remained that way the entire time which is a safety concern(we were lucky we not on main level). 2. One of three shades on door wall was broke and down our entire stay. 3.Kitchen sink leaked(they fix)4. Bunk Beds were unstable(every screw needed to be tighten, fixed on Monday) 5.Rug in bunk bedroom was very dirty & needed to be cleaned(never addressed). 6.Holes with no lights in master bath shower(never addressed) 7.Dryer never worked properly,error out so it took 3 hrs to dry a couple of towels.(never fixed).Stay was fun but…

Gorgeous Home!

Better than the pictures and description! A great location and a beautiful property. Note that at check-in, you enter and go up the elevator first (the downstairs door marked 1 is the garage, not your unit). The home was so nice and the storage shed with lots of chairs, umbrella and beach cart was awesome (there are also lots of beach toys and lots of floaties - our group left behind 4 more never used). A 5 minute drive to downtown Siesta Key but walkable to a few different bars, restaurants and shops (just not the main downtown Siesta Key ones). Can't wait to go back!

Great location with private pool but…

Can’t beat the location of this condo and the private pool! The beach access is great but beach space available is very small so you need to get there early for a spot! The unit itself needs some work. Upon arrival WiFi not working which was tended to quickly but that lead to other issues such as the fire place and fan couldn’t work due to other electrical problems. The one quest bathroom had major issues with the electrical. When closing the door the light and/or fan would go out, the loose wires there are very dangerous and should be addressed asap. This was reported while staying but not taken care of. The dryer also doesn’t work properly; it took 3+ hours to get a load of wash to dry while the buttons were leaking. The steamer part of the dryer was not on! Also maintenance came into the unit unannounced to fix a problem reported by previous quests. This was addressed with management during our stay but was still a concern for safety for reasons.

Beautiful and clean property

We had a few minor issues during our stay but overall it was a very enjoyable vacation! The outdoor grill and garbage disposal was inoperable and while we had the gate code for the private beach, we were unable to use that portion of the beach as the attendant informed us that the residence was not current with the dues. There are flags that mark the private beach, and you must sit beyond the markers, closer to the ocean. Other than that, our stay was great! The property is absolutely beautiful, very clean, well stocked with essentials and has a storage closet with chairs and beach items. Large patio, partial ocean view and a short walk to the beach. There’s also a trolley stop close by if you want to avoid parking fees at the nearby restaurants.
