The open floor plan consists of a great room complimented by a rustic rock fireplace with new electric fireplace & a wall of windows that pulls nature in so you feel like you’re sitting in a tree house, a kitchen that overlooks the great room & has plenty of counter & cabinet space. The spacious dining nook has windows on each wall so you can dine & enjoy your picturesque view of the outdoors. The main level offers a king master suite, queen bedroom with bathroom across the hall and the open sleeping loft holds the cabins third bed and half bath. Step out onto the screened in porch to enjoy the crisp mountain air or walk down to the firepit to toast marshmallows. Oscar's Outpost is a simple but comfortable retreat to enjoy with your loved ones and fur-babies!

Please note - prior to booking there is 25 years of age minimum requirement & must be the card holder and be present during entire stay and is strictly enforced. Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay.

Pet Policy: This property is dog-friendly for 1 to 2 dogs. Please reach out to us for breed restrictions as well as dog maximums. Advance notice is required, and non-refundable pet fees of $50.00 per dog apply. Please note: without prior knowledge to Love rentals there will be a minimum of $400.00 and in some cases can be up to $1,000.00 so please ensure you advise us BEFORE you travel. Dog owner accepts full responsibility for the dog.

No Smoking of any kind is permitted in the property: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $200.00 penalty fee.
