We booked this site when we were unable to find a campsite in our normal parks, and we're so glad we did. It was easy to get to, very clean, and so nice. The shelter is large and has shelves to store your stuff on, a table, several chairs, and even a broom to keep it tidy. People had left a few things behind, so we did the same to add to the "pantry." The site is so private we didn't even set up a tent. I would recommend bringing a thick sleeping pad, though, as the shelter floor is harder than the ground. Our dog enjoyed exploring the area. Definitely take advantage of the included carts to tote your stuff up the hill from your car. It's fairly close to restaurants, stores, hiking, and fishing. Only downsides were having to take our trash back home with us and the fact that you can't park right at the shelter (we are used to car camping). Can't wait to go back!
