The building located in Britannia, named one of the best neighbourhoods in Alberta, is situated on the ridge next to the Elbow River and Glenmore Reservoir, recreation opportunities here are endless. The Elbow River Pathway and Glenmore Pathway systems provide a stunning setting for exercise while enjoying spectacular water, valley and mountain views. The Calgary Rowing Club is a short drive across the Glenmore Reservoir, and historic Heritage Park and all it's attractions are less than a 15 minute drive away.

Enjoy a picnic at the Crescent Park playground, hike over to Sandy Beach Ridge or the beautiful Stanley Park.

Upscale shops and restaurants at the nearby Britannia Plaza, located just behind the building.
A variety of restaurants can be found here including Brown's Social House, Village Ice cream and the popular Native Tongues offering authentic Mexican food!
It's also a short drive or 12 minute walk to Calgary's largest and most popular mall, Chinook Centre.

Pleasant Calgary stay

Stayed here while on a business trip and it was wonderful. The unit was spacious and the neighborhood was really nice and quiet. These a few shops at a walking distance that made it easy to get anything I needed. Highly recommended staying here!

Good apartment

Great location close to bus stop and in nice safe area. Beds not the most comfortable due to protective cover on mattress but otherwsie had everything you needed

Host double booked us and changed our reservation date without informing us. I only found out as I got an email saying our deposit was now due a different date. They wouldnt accommodate the original date and vrbo was no help. Had to find a last minute hotel instead, despite booking nearly 4 months in advance.
