Welcome to the premier custom single-family home development in Puerto Peñasco. Situated in the exclusive gated community of Costa Diamante, this luxurious three-story residence features four master suites, each designed with comfort and privacy in mind. Enjoy breathtaking ocean views from every level, along with a private pool and jacuzzi for your exclusive use.

The property is located just steps from the beach and within walking distance to vibrant local bars and restaurants. With 24-hour security and two guard-gated entrances, the community offers peace of mind and a range of shared amenities including a large pool, jacuzzi, basketball court, bocce ball, and pickleball courts.

This home is ideal for groups and families, comfortably accommodating 10 guests, with the option to add up to 2 additional guests for a fee of $150 per person. A wristband is required for all guests for access to the gated community.

Excellent

It was such a wonderful location. We easily walked to the beach went to the pool. The rooms were beautiful. Our family had such a great time at the OMG. We works love to come back and stay at the same place. The negative was the pool was cold at the house as well as the jacuzzi so we walked to the community pool instead. Other than that it was perfect!

Rocky point

Communication thru VRBO we could not contact the host of the house. We had to call oceano to request an early check in. Oceano confirmed at $10. Charge Per hour before the 4pm check in. Requested a 1pm check in then got a call upon our arrival to rocky point saying the owner had stayed in house the day prior sonwe could not check in till 2pm. When we arrived to the check in the guards did not have our info so we could not get in. We called Oceano so they could provide the guards with our rental information. When we finally arrived to the house we were excited about the 2 jacuzzi only to find out that the pool jacuzzi was not heated and the second jacuzzi was empty and not operational. The pool was surrounded by piegon fieces and not cleaned prior to our arrival. The house itself was beautiful but our check in process was bad and upset about the 2 spas being operational or heated.

First, I’m sorry about the difficulty you encountered with communication through VRBO and the confusion around the early check-in. We understand the frustration caused by the change from 1pm to 2pm and the additional inconvenience at the guard gate. We strive to provide seamless check-in experiences and will work on improving our coordination to prevent such issues in the future. Regarding the jacuzzi and pool area, we deeply regret that these amenities did not meet your expectations. The unheated pool jacuzzi and the non-operational second jacuzzi, along with the cleanliness issue due to pigeon droppings, are not acceptable. Our team should have ensured that these areas were ready and in top condition for your arrival. We'll take immediate steps to address these maintenance and cleaning shortfalls. On a positive note, I’m glad to hear you found the house itself beautiful. However, I understand that the initial difficulties overshadowed your stay.
