Free-flowing living and dining encourages nights at home, with a private balcony overlooking the streetscape of Surry Hills. Relax in air-conditioned comfort on the L-shaped lounge with a large smart TV, ready for Netflix and Youtube. The fully-equipped kitchen makes it easy to cook up a storm. It's fitted with contemporary stainless steel appliances and basic cooking essentials. After testing your cooking skills, sit down for a meal together at the four-person dining table.

There are two generous bedrooms within the apartment, both equipped with ceiling fans an electric blankets to ensure a comfortable night's sleep. The first has a queen-sized bed while the second bedroom is fitted with a double bed. Each is topped with hotel-quality linens for a good night's sleep. Both bedrooms feature ample wardrobe space to store your belongings and international phone adapters to help keep you connected at any time. The bathroom has a full sized bath, large corner shower, toilet and spacious basin with storage. There is a hair dryer and boutique amenities provided for your stay.

Enjoy the convenience of a full size internal laundry with state-of-the-art washing machine and dryer for you to use during your stay. If you are travelling with infants, we can provide a high chair and travel cot. You’ll find these conveniently located in the linen cupboard.
During your stay you will have the entire apartment to yourself. Please make yourself at home!

On the cusp of the city centre, Surry Hills is one of Sydney’s trendiest neighbourhood with its creative scene, design boutiques and lauded dining institutions. Crown Street – the suburb’s main hub – is a hive of activity at all hours of the day with its cafes, speciality stores, wine bars and pubs. Enjoy brunch at Reuben Hills or Paramount Coffee Project and book ahead for famed restaurants Firedoor, Nour and Porteño. Check out the Brett Whiteley Studio and blank_space gallery and catch a performance at Belvoir Theatre. The Surry Hills Markets are held on the first Saturday of every month at Shannon Reserve on Crown Street.

~ Baby Items ~
There is a portable travel cot available at the property which we can set up for you if requested. Unless specified, the portable travel cot will be placed in the primary bedroom of the property.
Note that our portable travel cots do not come with linens (sheets) or pillows. You would need to supply these items yourself. The property also has a highchair available, which we can have set up for you if requested.

~ Tiny Visitors ~
Sydney is a warm, urban city, and occasionally a bug or two may find its way inside, sometimes through a window or balcony door. This property has been professionally treated at the start of summer and a spray is provided as a backup. This can occur and is quite common in city homes, and does not reflect the cleanliness of the property. Thank you for your understanding.

~Long Stays~
Stays of 21 days or more will incur an additional $120 fee, charged separately, to cover the cost of a deep clean and maintain the property's cleanliness after an extended stay. In-stay cleans are available for $275 and include a full cleaning service with professionally laundered fresh linen.

Sustainable, refillable toiletries are provided and are intended to be reused, not discarded. These items help reduce single-use plastic waste. If any bottles are thrown away or removed, replacement costs will be charged to the guest.
