Beautifully-decorated and perched right on the water’s edge, this four-bedroom, 3.5 bathroom townhouse is professionally designed and spread over three levels. Two outdoor balconies complete the beachfront mansion vibe and look over the widest canal waterway, offering a beautiful private place to relax against a backdrop of Gold Coast city skyline views.

Upon entry, you’ll be greeted with a generous, open-plan living space that flows between a kitchen, living and outdoor waterfront entertainment area. Indoors you’ll find a dining table, white leather sofa, smart TV and a separate seating area; while outside you’ll find two swinging chairs, outdoor leather sofas and a dining space near the jetty.

The second level is where you’ll find three bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms have a queen bed while the fourth bedroom features a king bed, a private balcony with two sun loungers and water and city views, and an ensuite bathroom.

Step onto the top floor to find a master bedroom with a king bed, a luxurious, oversized ensuite with a spa bath, a massage chair, wardrobe and a private balcony with canal views. The main bathroom has white tiled flooring, a spacious shower and a bathtub; with a separate toilet next door.

A kitchen is fit with all you’ll need—including a dishwasher, electric stovetop, oven, microwave and all basic cooking utensils. Additional luxuries include secure parking for two cars, high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning and a separate laundry room with a washer and dryer.

We have a strict no-party policy. Any guests who host parties or events that disrupt the peace and comfort of the neighbours will be evicted immediately.
