The EagleRock Retreat is perfect for the outdoor enthusiast or anyone that`s wanting a quiet time away!

Our private cabin sits on a lot that is a little over an acre in size. It offers all the modern amenities you are looking for with an amazing sunset view overlooking the forest. You can set on the porch and watch the wildlife, soak in the hot tub, savor the sunset, and bask in the firelight. The cozy feel of this cabin will make you feel right at home.

- EagleRock Retreat is a non-smoking and pet-friendly cabin -

• Pet Policy: EagleRock Retreat is dog-friendly with a $100 pet fee, covering up to 2 dogs. If you are interested in bringing more than 2, please reach out before booking and this will incur an additional pet fee. Please make sure pets are selected at checkout so the appropriate pet fee is included with your reservation. Dogs must be crated if left unattended inside the cabin. (2 crates are provided for dogs up to 45 lbs)

• Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen with stove/range, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, freezer ice maker, cookware, dinnerware, and the essentials needed for a comfortable stay.
A small coffee starter is provided for your first day or two, especially helpful if you arrive late and do not make it to the store right away. Starter items include coffee, creamer, sugar, tea, and K-Cups.

• Living area includes relaxed seating, high-speed Wi-Fi, Smart TV, and a modern fireplace that can be used with or without heat.

• Sleeping Arrangements:
- Downstairs Bedroom: King Bed
- Upstairs Bedroom: King Bed

• For your comfort and added peace of mind, we freshly launder all bedding and guest-use soft goods between every stay. This includes blankets, quilts, mattress pads, pillow protectors, couch throws, pillow covers, shower liners, and bath mats. Freshly laundered sheets and towels are also provided.

• Bathrooms:
- Bathroom 1: Stand-up tile shower
- Bathroom 2: Shower/tub combo

• EagleRock Retreat is serviced by a well and features a state-of-the-art salt water purification system. The water is treated for comfort and quality, though it may feel slightly different than city water.

• Outdoor amenities include a spacious deck, private hot tub, charcoal grill with tools, firepit, reclining chairs, stylish landscaping, outdoor lighting, and peaceful wooded views.

• For your comfort and added peace of mind, we freshly launder all bedding and guest-use soft goods between every stay. This includes blankets, quilts, mattress pads, pillow protectors, couch throws, pillow covers, shower liners, and bath mats. Freshly laundered sheets and towels are also provided. We also include an Essential Starter Pack to make your stay easier: toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, 1 fresh sponge, unscented dish soap, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

• Surprise Note 🎁
Please make sure your guest count and pet information are accurate before arrival, and be sure to include pets at the time of booking. If your group includes children 12 or younger and/or pets, please let us know—there could be a little surprise waiting for you! 😉

• Firewood and charcoal are not provided. We encourage purchasing firewood locally to help prevent the spread of invasive species and protect our beautiful wooded areas. Please plan to bring charcoal for the grill.

• Parking + Access: The property is accessed by a well-maintained gravel road and is typically easy to access under normal weather conditions. 4WD is recommended during snow, ice, heavy rain, or other inclement weather. Trailers are prohibited. Plenty of parking space is available.

• Security Camera Disclosure: There are exterior security cameras on the property. One camera faces the driveway, and one camera is located in the back facing the road toward the yellow barn. Cameras are exterior-facing only and do not view any private spaces.

- Please contact us as soon as possible if you must cancel or reschedule your stay. No refunds or date modifications within 14 days or less of your arrival.
- No refunds are permitted due to weather. No exceptions. Winter weather (snow/ice) and flooding can occur in the area. You should be given the option to add Trip Insurance at booking check-out.
- Please be aware that no refunds are permitted for cancellations on holiday rates, which includes but is not limited to, New Year`s, Valentine`s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
