The main bedroom is upstairs with a Queen size bed, ceiling fan and balcony access. The second bedroom is also upstairs with two single beds and a ceiling fan. The main bathroom is upstairs with a bath, shower, toilet, and vanity. The third bathroom is downstairs with two single beds. A separate bathroom is also downstairs with shower, toilet, and vanity.
The bright and inviting open concept living area is ideal for entertaining or simply relaxing with family or friends. Revel in the cozy lounge room enhanced with air conditioning, a smart TV and Wi-Fi for your indoor entertainment needs or prepare home-cooked meals in the fully equipped kitchen, featuring a stove, oven, microwave, family sized fridge and a coffee machine for the caffeine lovers.

(d) use or enjoy the premises in a manner, or for a purpose, that interferes unreasonably with the use or enjoyment of common property by neighbours and other occupants of the premises in a strata or community scheme
(e) intentionally, recklessly or negligently cause damage to premises, any common property or any other communal facilities within the immediate vicinity of the premises, or any public property in the vicinity of the premises
(f) intentionally, recklessly or negligently damage the personal property of neighbours of the premises or other occupants of a strata or community scheme.
This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.
After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.
If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies.
