This stunning single-story, 6-bed/6.5-bath house located on the Frio Valley Ranch golf course waits to welcome your group of up to 30.

Featuring a sparkling swimming pool, hot tub, and oversized outdoor entertaining area, Solanoville will be the house your group chooses for their Concan vacation year after year.

Enjoy all Concan has to offer with Garner State Park and Frio River access points just minutes away, as well as entertainment and dining within a couple of blocks.

IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ:

LINENS: Bring sheets and pillowcases (basic bedding including mattress cover, pillows, and blanket are provided, sheets and pillowcases are not).

TOWELS: Bring bath towels, washcloths, kitchen towels, pool towels (no towels are provided).

PAPER GOODS: Bring paper towels, toilet paper, napkins, coffee filters. Your kitchen is equipped with dinnerware, silverware, drinking glasses, and basic cookware, but you may want to bring paper plates, plastic cups, and plastic ware.

We will provide a list of additional "what to bring" items after your booking payment is received.

Good vacation home

Loved everything about it the house was so clean the manger response to the whirpool not heating up was quick i loved it and would go back to this same house .

Beautiful spacious house

Each family had own room with Bathroom, which is very hard to find. This house was very clean, big, everything we needed for our stay. Kids and adults enjoyed pool and hot tub spa. We had a very relaxing weekend. I would give this stay a 10 star review!! Thank you for having us. This is perfect for family getaway.

The home was wonderful, we enjoyed the pool and outdoor patio.Plenty of parking and low traffic location in the back of the community.We had a few issues:Arrived to find a broken couch and missing amenities (no TP I'm each bathrooms). Management company never answered when I called on Thursday and Friday. Sent a text with picture of broken couch and got no response.Paid extra for bed linens, the linens were there but the beds were not made and ready to sleep in.Regards Demetrios

Hey y'all! We're Brannon & Wendi Hightower, owner-operators of Frio River Resorts.

We met in college in 1995 and have been together ever since. Frio River Resorts was started by Brannon's parents nearly 20 years ago and it has been continuously Hightower-family-owned and operated the entire time, with us buying the business in 2018.

We're local and we live in Concan full-time and enjoy serving as stewards of our community with participation in local boards and volunteer organizations. You've likely seen us on River Road as you leave on Sunday supporting the Concan Volunteer Fire Department in our “Fill The Boot” fundraising campaigns, or out to eat at Neal's or House Pasture.
