Characterful house in great quiet location close to cafes, restaurants and shops on lively Seaview Parade.
You'll be 15 minutes walk away from the beach and the train station for trips to Melbourne CBD. You'll also be in the heart of Melbourne's sports district before you know it attending the F1 Grand Prix, Tennis Open, AFL Grand Final.
Our house has the usual facilities like aircon, wifi and netflix

We went to the Aust Open golf last week for an overnight stay. The location was and easy 2km walk to the gates. The 2 main bedrooms were of good size and had ceiling fans. The 3rd bedroom was fairly small and got quite hot with no ceiling fan. Kitchen facilities were good and there was a dishwasher available (dishwasher tablets would have been handy!). The owners were very accomodating and helpful.

What a gem!

Loved staying in this perfect and adorable place. Everything one could need was there, the beds were super comfy and the kitchen so well-stocked. Close to shops and a short walk to the beach. If only it weren't a 16 hour flight away...would love to come again! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Great stay in Beaumaris

My family and I had a great stay at this property. The owner was easily contactable and very attentive to enjoying we had a seamless stay. Property was perfect for my family and was close by to shops. We would stay again in a heartbeat!

Neat, clean and in a perfect location

The property was absolutely perfect for our short stay in Melbourne. The location was perfect and quiet! The house itself was neat, clean and had everything we needed. Mark was a great communicator too!

Perfect for our needs!

Mark and Marlene could not have been nicer or more accommodating. We only stayed for two days but the house was just perfect for us. It was clean, private and in a lovely quiet area. I would highly recommend.

Bayside convenience and comfort

Enjoyable stay for our family of five including two small dogs. House has everything you need, neat and compact. Secure fencing front and back for the dogs too. Convenient to Beaumaris Concourse and Cheltenham train station and also the beach is close by. Would stay again. Thank you!

Nice House

We stayed here for medical appointments that were needed , It was so easy to get around this area. House was Nice , Its just a pity that people didn't spend a bit extra on softer beds , We went home earlier than expected due to hard beds and sore backs . Communication was wonderful with Mark and House was lovely and clean . Thankyou Shelley

Beautiful in Beaumaris

Mark and Marlene were excellent hosts. They were easy to reach and communicate with as questions came up during our stay. The pictures do not do the property justice. It's a pretty little house in a great location. Well maintained and spacious. Very easy access to cafes, restaurants and shops. And the 15 minute walk to the water is an added Plus. We were in town for a family event and the property could not have worked out better. We would highly recommend this property to anybody who wants a stay that's a little bit away from things but still close enough to get to where you need to be whether it's the water the mountains or the peninsula. Well Done Mark and Marlene!
