The Space:

The en-suite bathroom at the master’s comes complete with soft towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and body lotion—no need to worry about that! There’s a communal bathroom and a guest’s toilet too!

The apartment has a maid’s room with its own en-suite too, ensuring that all your domestic needs are met.

Getting Around:
A covered private parking space is available in the villa, and it would be highly preferable if you had your own ride. Nonetheless, Uber and Careem are also options for booking a taxi.

Situated between the two major thoroughfares of Al Khail Road and Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, next to the Al Barsha area, and opposite Al Quoz. Mall of Emirates Metro Station is the closest as of now, but two metro lines are planned to open near the district soon.

Quick drive to the following areas:
Mall of the Emirates: 12 minutes
Downtown Dubai: 17 minutes
Jebel Ali: 21 minutes
Dubai International Airport: 21 minutes
Palm Jumeirah: 36 minutes

Getting on a train will bring you to different places in Dubai. It is also connected to the tram system that can get you to JBR, Media City, Marina, Knowledge Village, and more. It is also linked to the monorail, which can get you around Palm Jumeirah.

A free shuttle bus service from Dubai Hills Estate to Dubai Hills Mall is available. The shuttle bus can be identified by the sign ‘Dubai Hills Mall Shuttle Bus Service’. 

If you rent a car, make sure you get a navigator or use your mobile map app. Dubai's intersections are pretty confusing!

Other Things to Note:
House rules include being respectful of the neighbors, Dubai laws and regulations, and the furniture. Please, no parties. Smoking on the balcony only. 

This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Economy and Tourism (DET).

*Please be advised that smoking and hosting a party in the Villa is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will result to forfeiture of the security deposit in full (AED 5000).
