A very well set out property situated on the oceanfront with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an outdoor spa and large undercover entertainment area.
The main building is at the front of the property with views of the ocean. This building has 1 bedroom with a queen bed & TV, a bathroom with bath/shower, toilet & vanity. There is a small living area with dining table, sofa lounge and TV adjacent to a well set up kitchen. The kitchen has a fridge/freezer, stove with oven, microwave, coffee plunger and all the cutlery, crockery, pots and pans. Everything you’ll need for a comfortable stay.
The kitchen, living area and bedroom in the main building overlook the covered front veranda with its outside table and chairs, all with beautiful ocean views.
The outdoor spa is adjacent to the main building and has a small table /chairs with umbrella next to it.
Behind the main building is a large undercover entertainment area which has two large outdoor tables and chairs.
The other 2 bedrooms are adjacent to this undercover area, with 1 bedroom having a queen bed, TV, sofa lounge and coffee table. The 3rd bedroom has a queen bed and at the end of this building is the second bathroom with toilet and shower.
The TV’s are not connected to a TV antenna but Starlink wifi allows streaming.

There is aircon in all 3 bedrooms and throughout the main building.

A BBQ and wifi is available.

A second fridge freezer, chest freezer, BBQ, washing machine and wifi are available.

Please be aware that the ocean side of the property is not fenced and there is direct access to the cliff areas in front of the house which overlook the ocean.
This property sleeps 6 comfortably and linen is included for your stay.

No caravans, campervans, camping or campfires, parties or quad bikes on the property please.
