Located just one house from the Ocean Front this multi- level townhome with ocean views on three levels and a private beach just across the dunes, this charming townhome offers the perfect retreat for beach lovers. This multi-level property features three bedrooms plus a loft with bunk beds, and 2.5 baths. Delaware Seashore State Park, only a 100-yard walk to the North, permits dogs and surf-fishing year-round. The rooftop deck has views of both the ocean and the sunset over the bay, and the back deck is perfect for grilling.
