Enjoy Adelaide's best beach side vibes right in the heart of Henley Beach on Seaview Rd, just a 30 second walk to the fabulous white sand beach and buzzing Henley Square & Jetty. Every thing you need for a beach holiday is here with nice cafes, restaurants, beach bars, pubs, supermarket, bottle shop, clothing, hairdressers, laundromat, beautician, pharmacy, F45, pilates. There is also a bus stop to city right out front making it a perfect base to explore Adelaide's beaches and the entire city from.

Our place caters to both business and leisure travellers. With tiled floor throughout there is a real beachside feel no matter what you're visiting for. Downstairs features an open plan living and kitchen area with powerful reverse cycle Air-conditioning. There is a fully stocked kitchen for those wanting to cook in house, and a comfortable living area with large flat-screen TV and surround sound speakers, plus a range of DVD's, books and games for guests to use. Both upstairs bedrooms feature very comfortable beds for a great nights sleep, with a fold-out sofa bed in the living area for another 1 or 2 people.

Great location and affordable

Stayed with 3 children, the position was wonderful, didn’t use our car once, owner was easily contacted and minor issue rectified within an hour. Great communication. We are very grateful 😀

This property was not in an acceptable condition. On arrival, the apartment smelled strongly of marijuana and cigarette smoke, which persisted for the entire stay and even transferred to our belongings.Despite a superficial clean, the property was clearly not maintained. The bathroom was still dirty, there was dirt on the bed sheets and blinds, no bin was provided, and the apartment required a deep clean. There were also many empty alcohol bottles displayed all through the kitchen.This accommodation did not meet basic short-term rental standards. We were extremely disappointed and would not recommend staying here.

The cleanliness was questionable. One bedroom upstairs had no aircon and the other had the loudest aircon. Location good, but not to make up for the lack of cleanliness.

Henley disappointment

Well this property was well located at the beach but that’s the only good thing about it Place was not really set up to the standard I thought it should be, but honestly could beThere was so much that was not good. Probably would not recommend to my friends
