This beautifully positioned studio apartment is compact, stylish, and thoughtfully designed — perfect for a relaxed coastal escape.

With a north-easterly aspect, the apartment enjoys cooling sea breezes in summer and warm sunlight in winter, along with impressive views across the ocean, marina, and landscaped grounds.

Positioned high enough to capture outlook and airflow — yet sheltered from excessive wind — the balcony is an ideal place to unwind and enjoy the scenery.

The studio includes a laptop friendly workspace/lounge and reliable Wi-Fi for guests needing to work or attend online meetings during their stay. 

It is best suited to couples, professionals, and conference visitors looking for comfortable accommodation within a calm residential environment.

Parking

This studio does not include a dedicated parking space.

Free, untimed street parking is available directly in front of the complex and throughout the surrounding streets. This is a quiet, well-lit residential area, and parking availability is generally very good.

The only exception is during major events such as the Gold Coast 500, when parking restrictions may apply.

This studio is located within a permanent residential complex. It is not suitable for parties, events, or excessive noise.

Quiet hours apply from 10:00pm to 7:00am.

Quiet behaviour is required in corridors and common areas at all times.

The studio is configured with one king bed and is best suited to one or two guests. Due to space constraints, additional beds or fold-outs cannot be accommodated.
