You’ll be less than five minutes’ drive from Rye Pier, the foreshore of picnic spots and walking trails and Rye’s vibrant shopping village. Blissful views over Rye create an idyllic backdrop to this classic blue beach house in the heart of the Mornington Peninsula. Life here revolves around the outdoors – from mornings on the front deck to afternoons in the garden, with ample space for kids to play. Inside, a country-style aesthetic, rich in timber, creates a warm and inviting space.

Upon entering, the kitchen and dining space is open plan with full-height glass windows framing the natural vistas. Gather around the dining table for a shared meal, cooking up a feast on the BBQ or in the fully catered kitchen. Heading upstairs to the mezzanine, you’ll find plush sofas with a TV, along with a kids’ play space stocked with toys and books. A second living area allows for separate entertainment zones for parents and kids, with a second TV and pool table.

Five bedrooms make this a haven for groups. The primary bedroom opens straight to the balcony and comes with a queen-sized bed and air-conditioning. Bedrooms two and three also each contain a queen-sized bed, while the fourth bedroom has a double bed. The fifth bedroom is made for families with a queen-sized bed, bunk beds and plenty of storage space. Refresh within the neat main bathroom, choosing from a bathtub and shower, and enjoy the convenience of a separate powder room and full second bathroom on the mezzanine level. An internal laundry includes a washing machine and dryer, ideal for longer stays.

Parking is provided on the driveway.
