Recently renovated, this quality 5-bedroom, 3 bathroom property boasts stunning beach & ocean views, spacious living and absolute privacy. With two Master bedrooms, one on each level & both with ensuites, it is ideal for multi-family stays.

The open plan top floor has an indoor/outdoor flow to a large entertainment deck. There is an equally big covered deck on the lower floor, ideal for those rainy days.

About 700 metres walk to the beach and Copa Village, close to all amenities.

Best property on the Central Coast

This house is fantastic. Has everything you need and more, love all the extras and thoughtful hosts. You’ll want for nothing here. We’ve stayed in many many properties and this one is right up there. We’ll be back for sure.

Absolutely Amazing Place

Our weekend at Copa Beach Vista was perfect, thanks to Hugh and Celin's warm hospitality and thoughtful touches. Upon our Friday arrival, we were welcomed with a delicious deli platter and chocolates—a lovely start to our stay. The adults enjoyed the platter with drinks on the top-floor balcony, soaking in the stunning views of Copacabana Beach, while the kids eagerly dove into the chocolates. The property was ideal for our group of nine (three couples and three kids), with spacious bedrooms spread over two levels, offering everyone ample privacy and comfort. The setup was perfect for large groups, allowing us to gather together or retreat to our own spaces. We loved the short morning strolls to the beach for coffee and the quick drive to Avoca’s local restaurants. Hugh and Celin were exceptional hosts, making check-in and check-out easy, even accommodating our late departure so we could enjoy our last morning. With decks on both floors, the property was prepared for any weather; the top floor was perfect for sunny relaxation, while the covered lower deck provided a cozy space for rainy days. We highly recommend Copa Beach Vista for groups or families—it’s a luxurious yet comfortable escape. Thank you, Hugh and Celin, for a fantastic stay. We look forward to returning!
