Welcome to "Pepperberry Villa" a centrally located 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom retreat beautifully styled for a relaxing stay. Just a 10-minute stroll to Tasmania’s largest shopping centre, and only 10 minutes to Hobart Airport and Hobart CBD/Salamanca. Enjoy modern comfort year-round with fully ducted heating and cooling, keeping you cosy in winter and cool through summer.



The Space:

On entering the property you are welcomed by a large living area with a comfy lounge with large smart TV, and a large 6 seater table and chairs. If you feel like cooking, the kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher and microwave. However, with the large array of wonderful restaurants so close by, why would you want to cook.



For your comfort the home includes reverse cycle air conditioning to keep the home cosy in Winter and cool in Summer.



The main bedroom is beautifully furnished with elegant bedlinen and an extremely comfortable Queen size bed with ensuite including shower and toilet. There’s even a wall mounted Smart TV if you just want to curl up in bed and watch your favorite show after a busy day.

The 2nd bedroom also has a Queen size bed.



The main bathroom boasts a bath and separate shower, vanity and toilet.



The laundry has a washing machine/dryer combo and is located in the secure single lock up garage with a second parking area on the property. There’s a fully fenced private backyard with an outdoor setting and BBQ for your morning sausage and eggs.

There’s of course WiFi provided.

Hobart's most expansive shopping destination, Eastland's, beckons with a convenient 10-minute amble from your location. In the vicinity of Eastland's, you'll discover the usual suspects of fast-food delights, featuring icons like McDonald's, KFC, Subway, and Nando's, along with the added bonus of a nearby Village Cinema.



For those in search of leisure and exploration, the enchanting Blundstone Arena, the charming Bellerive Village, and the sandy allure of Bellerive Beach are all within a comfortable 15-20 minute stroll. And, if you ever require public transportation, a bus stop conveniently resides just around the corner.



In the heart of Hobart, the city's vibrant CBD is a swift 10-minute drive away, a journey shared in time with the Hobart Airport. Notably, some of Tasmania's most esteemed vineyards await your visit, merely a brief 15-minute drive from this enticing locale. The treasures of Tasmania are within easy reach.



Getting Around:

To enjoy Hobart and surrounds its best that you have a car, however if you need the use of public transport there is a bus stop just around the corner and a regular service that travels to the CBD.
