Shuck Yeah

Perfect for family holidays, this property is situated in the quiet end of town off the esplanade. It"s only a couple minutes walk from quiet sheltered beaches, the oyster walk, and located only 300 metres from the boat ramp so perfect for any keen fishers and boaters.
It features a large open living and dining area and an expansive undercover deck space that can be enclosed from the rest of the backyard. Undercover parking is available, as is Nbn internet.
This is a family friendly house. So you don"t have to bring them yourself, we offer a highchair, cot and two prams for use around town.

This is also a great place to bring your furry friends as well. Pets are welcome inside the home and the property offers a fully enclosed backyard.

We had a lovely family stay with everything we needed! Even our dog had the best stay being able to be with us! It was a lovely quiet spot but still with-in walking to both Pub and Boat Ramp

Happy stayz

Clean, well appointed home in a quieter area just off the esplanade. Everything required was available and in good condition. Highly recommended holiday accommodation

Shuck yeah house needs maintenance

Nice shack. Great location, unfortunately not real clean. Tobacco on outdoor table, dog hair in house, doors not user friendly in toilet and bedrooms, light globes exposed with no covering, dog poo in backyard, some skirting boards completely off in kitchen. Needs a bit more maintenance than what previously had. My opinion price doesnt match quality of house, But comfortable enough.

Excellent holiday property for families with dogs

We felt incredibly welcomed to this property as a family with a small child and a big dog. It’s the first holiday house we’ve been to where they have everything including a cot, prams, high chair, baby toys and baby books. They even had kid friendly crockery, safety locks on kitchen drawers a stool for kids to stand on for the basin and baby gate around the fireplace! Dog wise it was just as friendly, back yard is fully enclosed without any gaps, there was a very large crate under the verandah as well as a dog house if that’s what your pup prefers. For us we only needed to use the main bedroom, but both that and the lounge appeared to have been recently painted with newish carpet on the bedroom floor. Some of the other rooms are obviously next in line for a refresh, but they were all very clean and functional. We felt at home. We loved being able to have meals either inside or outside (both with big tables) and the deck could be closed off to the stairs to keep it toddler safe. Contact with the property manager was easy as well, with very prompt replies to the few questions that we had.Overall an excellent stay in Coffin Bay, we would be very happy to return if we’re ever in the area again!
