Estero Island Beach Villas is a remarkable 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom, open-concept condo that overlooks the beautiful Matanzas Pass on the bay side and the Gulf of Mexico on the beach side! This 1st-level condo is located on the much-desired north end of the island. The tiled floors throughout the unit pave the way to countless updated features including 3 brand new smart TVs. The fully equipped kitchen has every amenity needed for an extended stay or a short getaway! The master bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, the guest bedroom has two double beds and the living area is equipped with a sleeper sofa, allowing this unit to accommodate up to 8 people. This condo also includes an in-unit washer, as well as covered parking to ensure a hassle-free stay! Stepping outside, you can soak up the sun at the beachfront heated pool or cookout at the BBQ grilling area! Not far from your front door, you will find the 7-mile stretch of sugar-sand beach and a tranquil nature preserve featuring a boardwalk and trails! With just a short walk or a quick trolley ride, you will be sure to enjoy lively downtown as well as many local shops, restaurants, and island activities! The pool was resurfaced in August 2025.

Excellent, professional hosts/management. Very informative, super- responsive.The view, if possible, was even better than it looks. As my wife put it, we were so close to the beach we didn’t have to leave the apartment to go to the beach!Clean, well equipped. We will definitely consider staying here again

Perfect stay for girls week! My best friend and her daughter stayed in one room and myself and my daughter stayed in the other. Loved the access to the beach & easy access to restaurants. Beach was not crowded and there wasn’t any construction going on at our building or those adjacent so it was a quiet location to enjoy the gorgeous view!! Sunsets were amazing, communication was great and condo was clean! Hoping to come back again!

We had a fantastic stay at the condo on Fort Myers Beach! The location was perfect—just steps from the sand with incredible sunset views. The unit was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. We especially loved the easy beach access and peaceful atmosphere. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great beach vacation spot!

The condo was beautiful and super clean! The beach was quiet and had great views of the sunset each night. We enjoyed coffee in the morning and drinks at night on the screened in porch. Would definately recommend! We also enjoyed the pool in the afternoon to cool down. The only thing that was sort of annoying was having to stop at the office on the way into town to pick up the parking pass. When we got to the condo there was no spots so we had to park across the street but every other day we were able to find spot in the lot thankfully. There was construction so I get it but at 11pm I wasnt thinking about that.

Ft Meyers Beach

It was awesome! It was our first stay there and the beach has to be one of our top favorites. Always stay at Panama City beach or St. Petersburg. We love the condo. Spacious enough for a family of 6. The view was breathtaking and the best thing is the screened in patio. We will definitely plan another stay at that unit or other as long as can get the first floor. Perfect for my dad. Five star all the way.

Beachfront beauty

The condo was exactly as pictured in the listing. It was beautifully decorated and furnished. The screened in porch was our favorite spot to sit and take in the ocean views. The location to the pool was very convenient as well. The only thing I would change is to have some beach chairs and an umbrella for renters to use because it’s quite costly to rent them from the company.

Very accommodating

Well located property on the beach. Pool was not completed upon arrival and water from unit above caused us to have to be relocated to another unit. They were very responsive and worked with us in making the move. I would give an A+ for management attentiveness. Overall , despite the lousy weather, it was a positive experience and I recommend this property to anyone seeking the beach as their focus.

Simple Beauty

The property is located in great little spot on the north end of the island. Not having to check-in has it's perks here. Property is still being rebuilt like rest of the surrounding properties, but it's clean and the contractors keep the noise down during early mornings and evenings. Pool is unavailable and seems to still need to be repaired from the storm damage. Elevator worked 80% of the time. Views are wonderful as you watch the tides in the morning and evening. Loved seeing dolphins each morning riding the waves.
