Brookside II B-302 | 1 Bed, 1 Bath

Convenient ski-in/ski-out condo at desirable Brookside, with a unique heated outdoor pool (for winter swims) & hot tub. Oversized corner unit on the top floor (3rd) with stunning views of Sunday River ski mountain. This remodeled one-bedroom unit features a new leather reclining sectional—perfect for family movie nights! The two twin beds have new thick memory foam / gel mattresses, and the bedroom includes a brand-new Smart TV.

The corner unit boasts additional windows (bedroom & living room), allowing for more beautiful views and natural sunlight. It’s the perfect cozy setting to unwind after a fun day of skiing right outside your door! Guests are also provided a key for the ski locker. Please note: there are stairs to the upstairs bedroom. ENJOY!

Linens, towels, pool towels, pillows and bedding are provided.

Ski weekend

Very clean and functional space. Great access to amenities and ski on/off. Good amount of space for two adults. Would recommend and would stay again. Thanks for a great stay!

Ski weekend!

This was a Christmas gift! Weekend away! Great location and close to everything on the mountain. The ski in and out was perfect. Then to go to the condo after a full day of skiing an connecting with family and friends was warm and cozy. We also saw the fireworks going off in the night! Amazing spot and we will definitely return! Thanks again! Loved the visit!

Everything but the weather

The unit was exactly as described and perfect for our family of 4. Bunks for the kids (6&8), and a kitchen with all the things we needed. Top corner unit definitely made for a peaceful stay and the place was very clean. Unfortunately no one could control the 2” of rain on the back half of the trip but the Gem theater and bowling alley in Bethel made for enough indoor fun. The unit also had a perfect setup for us to play some board games in the kitchen and pass the time between skiing. We would come back for sure.
