I wanted to provide some feedback on our recent stay at your holiday home. Overall, we had a great time and found the property to be spacious enough for our group of 6. We also appreciated the cooperation and assistance provided by the host. However, there were a few issues that we encountered during our stay that, if addressed, would have made our experience even better. Firstly, we noticed that the pool spa area was dirty and not functioning properly. It took us approximately 2 hours to clean it before we could use it. Additionally, we found that the pool heating was either not working or not connected, as the pool did not warm up as expected. Another issue we encountered was with the kitchen sink mixer. The flow control spout was missing, causing water to splash on our clothes and the floor every time we used it. This made it quite inconvenient for us during our stay. Furthermore, we had to contact the host to request additional towels. Despite booking the property for 6 people, only 3 sets of towels were provided initially. Lastly, we found that there was an insufficient supply of soap or shower gel in the bathroom. It would be appreciated if this could be addressed to ensure that guests have an adequate amount of these amenities during their stay. Despite these issues, we still had a great time at your holiday home.
