Beautifully presented three-bedroom self–contained cottage set in its own peaceful and secure garden. Situated only a short stroll to the magnificent white sands of the Port Willunga swimming beach and renowned Star of Greece Restaurant. With McLaren Vale only a short drive away, you can access a large selection of cafes, restaurants, art galleys and the world’s best wineries. Shell Cottage is the ideal holiday or short getaway destination any time of the year.

Shell Cottage is tastefully decorated in relaxing, subtle colours. It is self-contained and private, providing you with the ultimate experience in beach living.

• Beautiful fully fenced private garden, ideal for outdoor entertaining and relaxing

• Reverse-cycle air conditioning
• Woodfire
• Large private deck with outdoor setting and gas barbeque

A lovely, well appointed cottage. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you could need. A nice garden with secure fencing for the dogs.

Our stay was nothing short of exceptional — truly a home away from home! The hosts were warm and engaging, and the house itself was gorgeous, beautifully furnished, and filled with thoughtful, high-quality amenities. Our 5-day escape with our two dogs was even more enjoyable thanks to such a comfortable and welcoming environment. Highly recommended, and we will definitely be back!

This beautiful pet friendly home was such a lovely place to stay. The front view of the house with all the lavender plants was stunning. Very comfortable throughout and very relaxing. Would definitely recommend it and would definitely stay again. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us.

The property provides a comfortable and private retreat and is lacking for nothing. The only hiccup remains the driveway and lack of designated parking due to the garden.It is so difficult to unpack vehicles as doors cannot be accessed fully and with pets, luggage etc it is the one and only negative that could be easily fixed.

The perfect house for a girls weekend. Fantastic communication from the hosts. Lovely pot belly fire & comfortable beds. Well stocked & user friendly kitchen. Would definitely recommend.

This is such a beautiful property with all amenities you need for a relaxing stay by the beach.I love relaxing with a glass of wine on the deck or catching the winter sunshine as I read the paper in the garden.The kitchen is fully equipped and the bedrooms are so cosy.

Lots of little surprises.

Very tasteful and well maintained. Good quality linen and kitchen utensils.Loved the interesting ornaments and the stained glass. Our grandchildren have been inspired to collect their own pebbles and we all had fun trying to stack them. Our 8 year old managed 5! A 2nd or separate toilet would have been more convenient with 6 people.otherwise very happy.

Great family space

Grandparents (us), adults, grandkids and dogs all spent the Easter break at Shell Cottage. Great for all ages and animals. Clean, welcoming and great spaces for our family. Dogs were happy roaming with the freedom to explore 360 degrees around the house. Short walk to sea views and beaches. My only gripe was the driveway. Shrubs encroaching on both sides makes it impossible to load the family into a car while still in the driveway. Pretty small complaint though. Go ahead and book. You won't be disappointed.

Short Break

The interior of this property is 5 star. Open plan, very modern, clean and with everything you need. Excellent finishing touches. The location is great, within walking distance of the beach, kiosk and Star of Greece etc.Communication with owner good. The only minor negative is the driveway is not really user friendly as its narrow and you couldn't open a car door without being attacked by the lavender bushes and therefore we parked on the street. Our stay was highly enjoyed.
