Bird Song Villa is a beautiful house with 4 double bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms.

The private garden is perfect for BBQs and outdoor living, with lounges and a dining area.

There's no need to worry about road noise or boredom, as we are located on a quiet cul-de-sac with access to Wither Hills Farm Park. The park boasts views over the top of the South Island and walking and mountain bike tracks.

We are located close to town, supermarkets and Marlborough's world-famous wineries are nearby.
The space

The property is on a large section with an established garden home to birds, bees, flowers, and fruit trees galore!

The kitchen is well stocked with dishware for cooking up a storm or simply microwaving popcorn to enjoy a movie in the TV room.

Each bedroom has extra linen and towels, and the bathroom and laundry room are stocked with soap and toiletries.

Bird Song Villa is fully serviced every week, so our guests get the hotel experience with the freedom and privacy of a large private home.

We also have fiber internet, a smart TV, heat pump and heaters in each room, air conditioning, and a fireplace that keeps the house cozy and warm.

Guests will love the indoor/outdoor living downstairs and views across Marlborough upstairs.

About the area:

Blenheim is a great place to explore while traveling through New Zealand. The area has world-renowned wine and ample hiking, biking, surfing, swimming, and relaxing opportunities.

Guests can hike, bike, or book excursions in the Marlborough Sounds and enjoy returning to the house to relax. The sounds offer travelers the best chance to see our unique wildlife, such as birds, penguins, dolphins, whales, and seals.

The area also has three stunning beaches: Rarangi, Whites Bay, and Robin Hood Bay. They are an easy drive from the house and worth exploring.

If beaches, boats, and tramps are not your thing, hop on the Taylor River trail from the house by bike or foot and head into town for a coffee and a look around. Or maybe head out for a short drive to the world-famous Makana Chocolate Factory for their handmade chocolates.

For corporate/company employee accommodation in Blenheim, the house offers four large rooms at a reasonable price. With two sitting rooms and a large kitchen, employees can cook and relax after work without feeling cramped or in each other's space.

Our hosting style:

We are happy to help by giving local recommendations and/or booking activities for your group, but we are not physically present on the property. However, we are always a phone call or message away and happy to problem solve and make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Guest access:

Except for the garage, guests can enjoy the entirety of the house and its surroundings.
