Not Family Ready
This condo has nothing but a few towels and a few dishes. There is a hand soap dispenser in each bathroom. The dishwasher can only open a little, because it hits the range! Also, there is no silverware basket. The patio door is broken so it's barely "lockable". The ant infestation is horrific. They were EVERYWHERE. You get ONE "hidden key card" (because we had to call the property manager to find it in the condo) regardless of how many people you have staying in the unit. We chose to purchase another key card so we could be on the golf course and maybe shopping or at the pool at the same time as the other people in our group, who had "the card". There are no ceiling fans in this condo, even though there are "ceiling fan controls" on the wall by the light switches. There were dead bugs in the window tracks and the floor looked like it hadn't been swept in a long time. Obviously the cleaning company is sub-par... Which makes me wonder why we had to pay the high cleaning fee in the first place. There is no ice maker in the freezer. There is only one small shelf in the shower. These units used to have built-in shower shelves, but you can see that these have been removed. It was hot during our stay and the air conditioner worked great. The washer and dryer worked great too, as did the dishwasher. There's no couch, as you can see from the photos, but there is a dinner table and chairs. Just wasn't the best condo to brag about since we've rented a bunch of times at Reunion before.
