Perfect spot for our family vacation with two toddlers. The easy walk to and from the beach was a selling point for us.

Older building but unit was recently remodeled. Everything was updated including bathroom showers, but the lighting in the showers wasn't working. Place was nice nonetheless. Only problem was there was mildew located at the ac vents. Seemed the older ductwork in the building probably wasn't insulated very well and caused condensation resulting in the mildew. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

We're glad you enjoyed the remodeled unit and your overall stay. The shower lighting is battery-operated, and if prior guests leave it on it can drain the batteries before we're aware, so we appreciate you letting us know so we can address it. As for the mildew at the AC vents, this is the first we've heard of it and we'll have our HVAC contractor check it as soon as possible.

Relaxing Family Stay

We had a fantastic stay at this beach condo! From the moment we arrived, everything was spotless and well-maintained — it’s clear the owners take great pride in keeping it clean and welcoming. The beds were incredibly comfortable, which made it easy to unwind after a day at the beach. The showers were also a pleasant surprise — great water pressure and modern fixtures added a touch of luxury to our stay. Overall, this condo was the perfect home away from home for a relaxing beach getaway. We can’t wait to come back!

Such a smooth check in process. Perfect location for quick access to the beach. I don’t have any complaints. But I do have two suggestions. There is only one pan to cook on and it is really small. We made burgers and I had to cook one patty at a time. Maybe upgrading the pan set! And I noticed that each rental had a storage location outside of the units. D1 storage is located a bit further down. Each storage had all kinds of beach supplies- umbrellas, chairs, boards, toys. D1 was very poorly stocked compared to the others. The 3 umbrellas available were broken and they had one extremely rusted chair. We brought our own and had rented another umbrella but maybe upgrading a few of those items wouldn’t hurt! None of the things I mentioned would prevent me from staying here again! Super convenient! Thank you!

So glad check-in was smooth and the location made getting to the beach so easy! We did have a larger pan as well, but it seems a prior guest may have had a cooking mishap with it - we always replace items like that when we're notified, so sorry it wasn't there for you. As for the storage supplies, we've offered chairs and umbrellas for six seasons, but unfortunately they've often been taken or damaged by guests over time, which made restocking them a losing battle. Thanks for the positive review and for enjoying your stay despite these small issues!

Property was exactly as described. Easy beach access. You will not have an ocean view from this unit due to being on the 1st floor and facing ocean drive. Was quiet for the most part. If staying at this property, you will need to bring ALL your own beach items. There aren't any with this property. Communication was very good as far as check in/check out instructions. Did let them know about the master shower door not working properly on day 1, but no one ever came to repair. Everything else worked fine and we enjoyed our stay. If you like to eat at places that locals go to, go to Duck Dive Bar and Grill. The place does look like a dive for sure, but the people were really nice and the food was delicious!! Very limited seating. Has a live band on the deck some evenings. Only about a 5 min drive.

Great two bedroom condo. So many things to love; the showers, the coffee station, the smart TV, and last but not least, the BEACH!
