Family Holiday Home at Quiet Point Lonsdale Beach

This fantastic holiday destination with a quality home to spend the weeks at this lazy beach side children friendly location. Enjoy family holidays together with accommodation to suit 2 families sharing this great home. Just a 7 min walk to the front or back beach and even less to the golf course. Located just off Fellow Road, this location is only a short walk to everything Point Lonsdale has to offer.

The space
Upstairs has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a generous landing area (with a safety fence to keep the kids secure from going down the stairs at night) while there is an additional bedroom/study with 2 single beds, a powder room and all the living , eating and laundry areas. A great secure back yard and a generous front yard will ensure a good time is had by all. A large screen TV is available i the other family/lounge room so the kids can watch a movie while the parents can in the other room. A 6 burner BBQ is available so you can seat 8 inside or outside for a meal. WiFi is now conceited for your enjoyment. If you have a Chrome Cast, bring it down and watch what ever you normally would at home.

Other things to note
Please bring your own bed linen and towels. 1 x King, 2 x Queen and 2 x extra long singles. Pillows and doonas(with cover) supplied. Also you will need your own bathroom and beach towels. Bath mats supplied. We have fans for the bedrooms and air-conditioning downstairs.
