Nice house and well-located. While we were there, there was a leak in the basement. Ownership team was unresponsive and didn't clean it up until after we left.Got auto-generated emails. Very frustrating!! Would not stay there again because of this.

From the owner: We appreciate that you thought the house was nice and that you enjoyed the location. However, we responded immediately to the issue of water and had a professional out to look at it. It was confirmed that there was no leak in the basement. Everything was cleaned up right away.

We had an awesome weekend at this beautiful house! The four and a half bathrooms were a huge plus for our two families of five. The finished basement was fabulous for giving the tweens and teens their own space for hanging out. Everything was clean and new and lovely. Definitely recommend.

Beautiful House!

This was a girls' trip of 4 friends who graduated high school in 1985, yikes. We had so many laughs. The property was awesome. I would definitely book this property again. It was a wonderful weekend!

We (2 cars) began arriving late on check in day (8pm onwards) and found no towels. I reached host via voicemail. There were no towels in the house for the 5 stated guests. Towels were delivered later that evening. Some concerns with cleanliness (counters/island residue, black mildew in washing machine) The following morning I texted the property manager that upon leaving for the day early morning the fire alarm had gone off. We had not cooked or done anything as we were headed out for racing. I reported that I walked the entire house, found nothing of concern and that the alarm had stopped. I asked if it was related to the door lock/alarm as we had miscoded the door to lock it. I also reported that the kitchen seemed to have a black ant infestation and did they have ant traps in the house? Host responded that she was at work, very busy, alarm not related to door, ants were new news and that if I was unhappy we could leave our 3 day rental for a full refund. I responded that unfortunately we were there for a 3 day ski race and did not have the option to leave. I would document the problems and send them to her. She responded all other guests loved the house. Did not hear from host again. I sent photos of mildew washing machine, dishwasher not bolted into cabinet (dangerous!) and the numerous large black ants in kitchen day/night (ruined food). Listing inaccurate. No game room 2nd kitchen, 4th bathroom. In basement, not locked/clean and instructed not to use. Also no toaster.
Killed 8-10 ants every time used kitchen
Dishwasher falls out of cabinet when shelves slide out
Mildew in washing machine--could not use
Ants invaded any packaged food on kitchen island (bagels, rolls--anything in a bag or sealed box)

Absolutely fabulous stay!

We stayed for 3 days to celebrate our Mom’s 70th birthday and couldn’t have been at a better place. The house is amazingly well-decorated, with lots of zones to sit and relax. The master suite is to die for - with state of the art shower. The house was equipped with life jackets, canoes, games, books and most importantly tons of food, which was a big delight after long days. The neighborhood is great - yoga on Saturdays in the nearby park and friendly neighbors. We requested for a late checkout because we could not bring ourselves to leave and Yolanda was great enough to accommodate. The views are gorgeous and the communication was prompt. We really really loved this place and will be back again! Thank you for a fantastic experience.

Nice place, but a cold review.

Check in was 3 and we arrived at 5. Entering the house the smoke-detectors were going off, the house was at 50 degrees with no hot water, the gas fireplace would not turn on and the propane tank for the Blackstone was empty as well. Property manager was on site around 7 and determined that the reason there was no heat and hot water in the house is that the house propane was EMPTY and the smoke-detectors had low batteries. Remember, this was February and the temperatur was going down into the teens. Needless to say, our plans were disrupted for that night. By 10PM the heat and hot water were back on and a new tank for the Blackstone was delivered. At 11PM the house was still below 60 degrees, but it was warming up. I requested to be refunded the first night via the Evolve property management team and even needed to send pictures for proof. The final response that I received from Evolve was “Thank you for your patience while we worked on a fair resolution for this situation.” and they gave us a 58 dollar refund. In my opinion that is an insult to me and my family for the disruption that was caused.
