Unbeatable location just steps from the National Forest and minutes from the Village, Lake, and Ski Slopes. Warbler's Roost offers a rustic modern look with many upgrades. This home has everything you might need to keep your entire group relaxed and happy.

LIVING SPACE - Spacious 1300 sq ft home featuring a living room with a TV, dining table, a beautiful rock wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.

ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedrooms, 2 baths. Downstairs master bedroom has a king bed, TV, and private bath. Upstairs second bedroom has a queen bed, sitting area, and bathroom. Downstairs third bedroom has a queen bed. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Full kitchen with stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, and more.

AMENITIES - Bubble Hockey Game, board games and card games. Smart TV with Roku, streaming apps along with fast Wi-Fi. Laundry area with washer/dryer available.

OUTDOORS - Deck with hot tub, patio furniture and a gas/charcoal barbecue.

PARKING - 3 car driveway

Loved our stay. The house was very cute and cozy. Exactly what we were looking for. The upstairs room was like a little treehouse for my 9 year old and so fun. The only issue was when we checked in the heating was set down to 55 degrees. Which is totally understandable because the owners wouldn't want to pay the bill while no one was there. However, the day we got there was 40 degrees and dropping. It took the house 6 hours to warm up. We got there at 2pm and the house was still cold at 8pm and very uncomfortable. Maybe during winter time the heat can be turned on prior to visitors if it is going to take that much time. The helpline was very responsive and brought space heaters which helped. Overall it was a great experience!

It was really dusty, hot tub didn’t work well it splashes the water out of the tub and the water level was really low. The upstairs shower wasn’t working. A lot of rats popped inside the house.

We had a great time!

Everything was great with the exception of the hockey game. It did not work. It's not why I chose the cabin, but I was looking forward to playing it. If the owners choose not to fix it, then it should not be part of the ad. Otherwise, the cabin was in great shape, very clean and the special romance package could not have been set up better. I will use Cool Cabins the next time I go and very likely will choose the same cabin.
