Perched high on the mountain in the prestigious Moonridge area of Big Bear, High Timber Ranch offers the perfect combination of luxury, comfort, and scenic forest views. This custom-built home provides spacious living, large windows to take in the outdoors, and everything you need for a memorable mountain retreat.

LIVING & DINING
This 2,300+ sq ft home features a bright and inviting living area with vaulted ceilings, ceiling fans, plenty of comfortable seating, and a beautiful wood-burning fireplace. The open layout seamlessly connects to the dining area and bar seating, creating the perfect space for gathering, entertaining, and relaxing.

KITCHEN
The gourmet kitchen is designed for both functionality and style, with granite countertops, a center island, and all the essentials for cooking and entertaining:
- Stove/oven
- Refrigerator with water and ice dispenser
- Microwave
- Blender
- Toaster
- Coffee maker
- Dishes, cookware, and utensils

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
This home comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests across 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms:
- Upstairs master suite features a king bed, TV, and private bath
- Second upstairs bedroom has a king bed
- Third upstairs bedroom includes a double/twin bunk bed and twin bed
- Fourth upstairs bedroom has two twin bunk beds

ENTERTAINMENT & AMENITIES
The home features a garage game room with a pool table and ping pong table. Inside, enjoy board games, card games, smart TVs with cable, and fast WiFi. Cozy up by the wood-burning fireplace for a relaxing evening after a day of mountain adventures.

OUTDOOR LIVING

Loved our stay!

We loved this house! It was beautiful, comfortable, and fit our family well. Game room was fun, as well as the games there for family time. Staff was very responsive and helpful.

Nice place

It was a fine stay. Only a couple things there is no curtains in any of the rooms. With the early sun rise there should be some curtains The only other thing is the pool stick tips need replacing. And only one bathroom had hot water.
