Early check-in is available by pre-approval only and must be arranged in advance through Ptarmigan Village Management. An additional fee may apply.



CHECK-OUT



10:00 AM or earlier



Late check-out is available by pre-approval only and must be arranged in advance through Ptarmigan Village Management. An additional fee may apply.



PAYMENTS



50% of the total booking amount is due at the time of booking.



The remaining balance must be paid in full 14 days prior to check-in.



If your arrival date is within 14 days of booking, the full reservation balance is due at the time of booking.



Reservations made through Airbnb, VRBO, HomeAway, Booking.com, or similar platforms require 100% payment at booking (or follow that platform’s terms and conditions).







Cancellation Policy: 



Guests may receive a refund of the total booking amount minus the credit card processing fee if the cancellation is made 30 or more days prior to the scheduled arrival date.

Reservations canceled within 30 days of the scheduled arrival date are non-refundable



Please note:



Ptarmigan Village is unable to issue refunds or prorated refunds due to travel disruptions or delays, including but not limited to weather, road conditions, flight interruptions, or health-related issues. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance, which is available for an additional fee.







SMOKING/VAPING/PETS: 





Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the condo, including the garage, in all Ptarmigan Village–managed properties. Any evidence of smoking/vaping may result in immediate termination of the rental agreement (no refund) and a $300 minimum, possibly more.

Pets are not allowed. Any evidence of a pet may result in immediate termination of the rental agreement (no refund) and additional cleaning charges up to  (minimum $300, possibly more).
