This exceptionally modern, spacious, and light-filled home boasts a spectacular ocean-front location. It has direct access to Ocean Beach, with just a few small steps over the sand dune to enjoy a family-friendly patrolled beach. You can enjoy the uninterrupted ocean views from the spacious open-plan living space, or the ocean-front outdoor deck, with a dining area and sun lounges.
The house is split into 2 seperate self contained apartments (one upstairs and the other on the ground floor) as seperate listings.
This downstairs apartment has 3 bedrooms, with the additional 2 bedrooms in the seperate cabin/garage conversion at the rear of the property.
Beachfront on The Esplanade will comfortably sleep a total of 8 adults + 3 children, making it perfect for a few families or an extended family holiday. The open plan living and dining space opens out onto the huge outdoor deck, with a dining area, BBQ, and sun loungers with ocean views. You can enjoy the beach from the deck, without getting your feet sandy!

There is another listing - Ocean Views on the Esplanade' on the upper level of this property, This is a smaller property that sleeps up to 7 people. Beachfront is the lower apartment, and you will share the driveway and entry courtyard with the upper apartment. Please take this into consideration when booking.
