This two bedroom condo is located in the perfect place to stay and play in

Bear Valley. The living room, dining room and kitchen area are all on the main

level with the 2 Bedrooms and Bathroom on the second story. Both Bedrooms have

a queen size beds. In addition to the 2 Bedrooms there is a sofa bed in the

living room for additional sleeping. The dining table seats six and there is a

wood burning fireplace to enjoy after a day of skiing or just playing in the

snow. the Condo is walking distance to the XCountry Skiiing, Renting Bicycles

and Kayaks in the Summer months or just swing by to grab any snow gear that

you may have left behind in the winter months. Additionally you are within

walking distance to the General Store, the Pizza Parlor Creekside Dining

Restaurant and there is ice cream in the General Store and the shuttle to

catch a ride to the lifts.



Our properties always have all beds made, except for the top bunk of bunk

beds, where the linens are provided for guests to make themselves. If the

guest exceeds the number of beds available, there will be an additional charge

$35 per guest and we will need to be notified in advance to ensure proper

accommodations.
