House was new so clean. Location was greatUnderground parking felt safe. We enjoyed our stay. Cleaners seemed rushed so towels weren’t folded well and extra bedding for pull out couches were random. Pull out couches were not comfortable but the kids used them anyways. Wouldn’t recommend for 6 adultsCould use a few things like more pots and hand towels and wash clothes and a blow dryer. More than 2 dishwasher tabs and coffee pods would have been nice

Stayed with family. Very clean and spacious property. Nice and quiet area. The parking garage was extremely confusing though and there were not enough towels and no washcloths so we bought some at Walmart nearby.

Clean rooms; new washer/dryer fresh coat of pain.Missing a few items I consider minimal i.e. mattress pad/cover, wash cloths, towel hooks, and directions for AC/Heat.Allowed a few hours early check in which was greatly appreciated. Great location with stores/coffee etc. within walking distance. Need to be able to climb 2 sets of 10 steps. Not a problem for us but could be for many.Closet space was huge-would be nice to have luggage holder for eachof the 3 sleeping spaces,

This rental is in a great location with lots of shops and restaurants nearby as well as the lakefront. Place was relatively clean, except things were not put away and we had to search for clean dishes and towels that were left in the dishwasher/dryer. Also, pillows and mattresses did not have any protective covers (ie. Mattress protector pads or pillow covers) which did not feel hygienic considering this is a rental. Amenities are quite basic, had to contact the host for flatware (e.g., tablespoon, butter and steak knives.). No toaster and coffee maker is a Tassimo but no pods are provided, so had to buy pods. No salt or pepper or cooking spray, so if you are staying for several days it makes cooking meals challenging.Also be aware that mattresses are not at all comfortable and there is no dining table for eating meals. The bar stools are ok, but because kitchen island does not have a bar counter overhang, you cannot properly sit to eat at the island. Not an issue if you are only there for a few nights, but we stayed for a week and this was a bit of an inconvenience.

Trip to Toronto

The location was perfect as our daughter lives very close by. Karan was very responsive and check in was easy. I asked what kind of coffee pot was on site so I could go ahead and purchase what we needed and was told there wasn’t one. Just a teapot. We are huge coffee drinkers and this was very disappointing. There is a great coffee shop nearby but we had to go out to get coffee each day. Please buy a coffee maker!The place was tidy and appeared clean initially, but we found some old food on the floors (French fries, etc)Some lamps in the living space would be nice too. Also, bed side tables for the smaller bedroom.with lamps. Overall, a nice place. Could use a few upgrades.

Great rental for a family visit

Had a great experience staying at this location for 3 nights. The unit is exactly as advertised - all amenities were clean and in working order. The furnishings were comfortable and more than enough for our group of 4 adults and 2 children. Above all, the property manager was most accommodating and responsive to our needs. We had a great trip and would recommend this rental to others.

Sailing Weekend

The townhouse was very clean, spacious and in a great location. It was about a 5-10 minute drive to the restaurants and GO station in Port Credit. A 10 minute drive to Lakefront Promenade Park and about a 15-20 minute drive to the mall. The underground parking was a plus. The apartment lacked a few basics, especially in the kitchen: dinner knives, dish towels, veggie peeler and tongs. The beds were comfortable, the sleep sofas not so much. Overall we had an enjoyable stay and would stay here again. Thank you!

Very clean and quiet

We stayed on weeknights and it was very quiet and clean. Convenient to a few restaurants and only 8 minute walk to the waterfront park which is great for morning walks and sunrises. A suggestion would be to contact the owner in advance if you need bed sheets for the pull out sofa. He was very polite and would have been happy to bring things we needed but they were not already there. I liked the different levels for privacy if you don’t mind stairs. This is fine for us. The unit was very spacious. Very new. There was a tea kettle but no coffee maker. Ask for cleaning crew should leave some extra trash bags and dish soap and sponge but just a super nice place so no complaints. Loved the underground parking access. Would stay here again.

Wonderful

My family and I came to stay and we loved it so much. It was a very clean property and was exactly what we needed. We went to a concert in Toronto and wanted to stay on the outside town. This was better than expected I would definitely recommend this place!

GREAT Location!

The location of this property was fantastic. Short walk to restaurants in Port Credit and also close to parks on the shore of Lake Ontario. There is a GO station close by for easy access into Toronto. Check-in went smoothly and Karan responded quickly to the couple questions we had. The unit is very new and in a quiet neighborhood, and it was very clean. The only feedback I’d have is a few more amenities would be nice, such as coffee maker, ironing board (there was an iron, just not a board to go with it), hair dryer, and some hand towels in the bathrooms would be nice. Also, if you have back issues, the beds can be a little rough on that. Overall, loved the unit and had a great stay.
