This modern and beautifully decorated villa is in a very peaceful and serene environment yet in a very central location; Temple of Tooth Relic is a mere 5-10 minutes away by tuk tuk. The property overlooks the gorgeous Hantana Hills and has been designed for families small or large. The outdoor sitting area and garden provides ample space for the entire family to hang out. A scrumptious vegetarian breakfast served between 8-1030am is provided to fuel you up for an entire day's exploring.
The space
Gracian Villa is located in a quiet neighbourhood overlooking the Hanthana mountain range close to the city centre. It is 2kms from the city and a 10 minute drive away. Guests have enjoyed the quiet and calmness of the place; especially early morning with the birds chirping and the peaceful mountain views. English or Sri Lankan vegetarian breakfast is included and breakfast is served between 8am and 1030am.

We can also provide lunch or dinner for an additional cost.
