Great family stay...

Really comfortable house, with all the things you need for a great Hamptons summer stay: pool, air conditioning, and central Water Mill location (accessible to Southampton and Bridgehampton). Jo was an incredibly responsive host.

This house is fantastic and Joanna is a great host! Plenty of space in the house for everyone to sleep and hang out, well decorated, came with everything that she said it would. She gave us many great recommendations for the area!! Restaurants, beaches, taxis, and fun things to do near the house! Definitely recommend renting this house!

Weekend Christmas Shopping trip

Wonderful home! Went out East for a Holiday shopping trip. We expanded the tradition from an overnight to a weekend. This home was perfect for our Family. Everything we would want was in place. Centrally located for both the shopping and dinners! The house was warm, inviting and well maintained. The property was in a quiet neighborhood and would be perfect for any Seasonal trip. Jo was ahead of your questions, super helpful and quick to respond. Will be back again!

Amazing month-long stay!

We have been renting in the Hamptons for seven years and Joanna was one of the best landlords we have ever had. Incredibly responsive in every respect AND friendly; never felt like we were a bother. Amazing home and so sad our stay is over. Highly recommend.

Amazing Space for Hampton's Getaway

Cannot get over how wonderful this space was! From the various seating areas, to the decor, to the fire-pit and outdoor space - it could not have been more perfect for our group. The host was extremely helpful in leaving detailed instructions and always available via message. She even went as far as giving recommendations for the area. Would definitely be back!

This house was perfect for our weekend girls trip! Everything was very neat and organized, and the house is absolutely beautiful. Joanna was a super helpful and communicative host, which was greatly appreciated. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Perfect place for a boys weekend

This house was perfect for our group of 7 guys. With a nice firepit, plenty of room for lawn games, and a heated pool, the backyard was definitely the best spot in the house. We also loved the garage/living area where we could chill with the big garage door open. Overall really great house. The owner was easy to contact and responsive to any questions I had. She was even nice enough to send me something that I left behind! Would definitely recommend!

Hampton vacation

Rustic farmhouse set in the woods between Southampton, water mill and bridgehampton. 4 very nice bedrooms plus a remodeled garage that makes a good home office. Nice pool. Great location. Owners were very responsive to all questions and repairs.

Beautiful, Fun, and Easy!

House was perfect! The interior was very cute and comfortable...and very clean. Large backyard with a pool and fire pit...fun place to relax on a beautiful day. The location is great as well...right between Southampton and Bridgehampton. Would definitely stay there again!

Great house, great kitchen!

Really well run house. Kitchen was beautifully stocked and all the little things you need in a rental (paper towels, garbage bags, etc) were all taken care of. We were 3 families with 5 total kids and everyone was very happy. Would definitely rent this again.

Amazing home away from home

We had an amazing time with family and friends over thanksgiving weekend. The house was beautifuly decorated and spacious with plenty of sunlight, we felt like home. The energy was filled with love and good vibrations, I got engaged there as well!!:) I am looking forward to come back to this property again!

Incredible country chic house! Amazing pool !!

What a lovely charming rustic and chic country house! I loved the simple cool interior items and simplistic styling, kitchen had everything we needed. Love the loft and old beams, private, great deck, BBQ and pool And garden areas for entertaining. Minutes to town and beaches. Beautiful farms and farmers markets and wineries minutes away. The owner was attentive and available for anything although we were self sufficient and the house was perfect, with lovely linens! Thanks again for a great stay! Can't wait to come back!

Shabby chic paradise

Had a great stay at the house with my family! The home was just as it appeared in pictures -- shabby chic. There was plenty of room for everyone to be together both inside and outside. All and all a great space for entertaining and relaxing. Super close and convenient location to all! The only negative was that the pool was not heated, which didn't effect us much during our September stay but would have kept us in the pool longer if it was and the walls were super thin and doors were pocket doors that did not lock. Also, the bonus garage room wasn't heated and therefore couldn't be used as an extra bedroom.
