Welcome to our charming basement suite, a peaceful and family-friendly haven that promises an extraordinary experience with a Separate entrance, Separate Furnace, fully furnished, close to downtown, within Walking distance to the shopping Centre, 10min to the train station, next to Anthony Henday, quick access to Fort McMurray, 20min to West Edmonton Mall, 15min to Commonwealth Stadium, 20min to Rogers Place, 15min to Glenrose, Royal Alex Hospital and 1 min drive to Army base. Come & relax.

This is a legal suite basement in Family Home in a very quiet and peaceful neighbourhood. It is a legal suite basement with a large window and its OWN entrance, FURNACE, and appliances. 2 big bedrooms with Queen size beds and a living with Full-size Kitchen with all utencilesThe suite has its own Washer and dryer (on demand or for guests with 3+days).

Quiet and Cozy

We were visiting my brother and this suite was just what we needed. Cozy with comfortable bedrooms and a full kitchen. Every we needed was there and the host was easy to communicate with. Would return

Nice place to stay!

After a 14 hour drive we found our accommodations very nice. Only stayed 3 nights and used the kitchen to make snacks. Didn't even have time to check out the hot tub. Would definitely stay here next time we are in Edmonton. Thank you.

Pretty basic, but decent with comfortable beds.

The location was perfect for us as we were attending a wedding near by. The beds were very comfortable and the place was fairly new. The owner was nice and easy to communicate with, however, the suite was not as clean as we would have liked it to be. It could also use a few more things like hooks for coats, a second mirror and maybe some extra blankets and towels. Overall it was a good stay.
