Perfect home for staying during a Lake Texoma bass tournament. Central to several mid-lake boat ramps and plenty of parking for two trucks and boats.

Nice Getaway

Nice house that had everything we needed. The beds are good and the bunk beds were perfect for the kids. It was nice and quite minus the trains that went through but we made the best of it.

Christmas family vacation

Is a nice place just a train passes behind the house about every 4 hours all day. Including night time.

All was well, until the air conditioner froze up. Everyone packed up early, and went home. We all enjoyed sitting around the fire pit, playing cards under the carport, paddle boarding and pedal boating on Lake Texoma, dirt bike riding and volleyball at aunties nearby home.

Cute place, but need to maintenance

The place was cute overall however the grass and yard was really tall everywhere and our dog looked like he was going to be lost the back shower didn’t work and sinks do not drain properly.There was also a train tracks really really close and that made it extremely uncomfortable. Every single time a train would come through.

Hi Grant, thanks for taking the time to review your stay. After reading your feedback, the homeowner wanted to share the following: - We're sorry about the state of the lawn. Our lawn care service provider was waiting for the yard to dry out a bit before mowing, as we've been inundated with rain this month. - Regarding the back shower, it's actually in working order, albeit plumbed backward, as mentioned in the check-in instructions. We'll still send someone out to double-check the drains, though. Thanks again for your review. Your input helps us improve, and we hope to make your next stay even better.

Great stay for several people to do some fishing and to hangout for a weekend. Nice outdoor area during sun or rain. We pretty much had everything needed in a furnished house.The only annoyance was when the train ran it was a little loud.
