South coast retreat pet friendly fully equipped including linen towels and blankets 3 bedroom plus sleep out house features a large kitchen with open area living and large dining table comfortably seats 10 comfortable lounge large smart tv.
The house is set on a totally flat block with plenty of parking for the car and boat secure backyard for the kids and dog. The house consists of 3 internal bedrooms 1 king bed 2 single beds and 2 sets of bunks the outdoor studio has a queen bed and futon 2 steps from the main entrance of house.
The living area opens out onto a large under cover deck with plenty of seating large tv outdoor speaker and ceiling fans out door kitchen has a BBQ fridge gas smoker and gas pizza oven large stainless steel food prep bench great for the fish also.
Located easy flat 350 meter walk to the water and cullendulla creek nature reserve with great views out to snapper island and tollgate islands 2 street flat stroll to local IGA bottle shop and takeaway.

The place is really spacious, clean and comfortable with plenty of cooking pots, cutleries, a long dining table and enough comfortable chairs for our family of nine people. Shopping centre and restaurants are about 5 mins drive from the place!

Awesome house!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Surfside. The house was nice and clean and easily accessible. It had everything we needed for a simple stay situated in a great location. I’m sure we will be back!

Lovely spacious home

Happy with our stay, house was nice and big, could comfortably fit 8 people with no issues. Everything was clean and furnished well. Outside area with bbq room was super convenient. Thanks Louise!

Handy holiday location

Very well fitted out, excellent outdoor cooking facilities (gas bbq plate, gas pizza oven and smoker, 2 minute drive to Batemans bay shopping precinct. Extra large fridge, great outdoor under cover seating area. Unfortunately no wi-fi.

Loved the outside area, short walk to the sea, all the cooking amenities you could want and plenty of fridge freezers! Would recommend to anyone.

We had a lovely stay, the outdoor and living spaces are so spacious yet cosy it was the perfect rental for our two families. Also really loved that there was a big water bowl out the back for the dog, such a great little inclusion. Would definitely recommend

The house was great. Big lounge room and I wish my kitchen was this good. Beds are comfy with the rooms a good size. Good back yard for the kids to play while your sitting in the large outdoor area, with a TV. The communication with the property manager was great. I would stay there again without hesitation.

Home away from home

House is a perfect mix of old and modern. The use of space is excellent. Generous living area inside, complimented by a fantastic covered outdoor area - with a beautiful rustic table that comfortably seats 12! Studio room is just right for a teenager that needs a bit of their own space. Located close to everything you'd want for a coast stay.
