This updated ocean front condo is located on the ground floor (no stairs/steps) - Great for people with mobility issues or young/old families. The beach is only steps from your personal patio.
Open concept, spacious floor plan, upgraded oak/granite kitchen with everything you need to cook a gourmet meal by the beach, while watching the sunset from your chopping board. Kitchen includes: setting for 12 (dishes, cutlery, glasses), premium pots/pans, serving trays, variety of stocked spices, coffee/tea/sugar, and basic fridge condiments.
Bedrooms include all new mattresses dressed in 100% premium cotton linens, feather down pillows, cotton bedspreads, and high quality bath/beach towels. Each bedroom is equipped with custom drapery including blackout lining to aid with jet-lag sleep-ins. Extensive effort is put into ensuring the condo is maintained and cleaned to the highest standard between guests.
The sofa bed in the living room folds out to a full queen (new bamboo cotton mattress without springs). During your entire stay the condo will be fully stocked with: toilet paper, paper towels, kleenex, shampoo/conditioner, soap, sunscreen, laundry/dishwasher detergent, plastic wrap, aluminum foil, trash bags, vacuum, brooms, and cleaners. No need to purchase any essentials while on your vacation!
Both ends of the unit have 2 very secure, lockable, screen doors allowing for the ocean breeze without worry. The condo also includes free wifi, and a landline phone with free calling to US/Canada.
The complex includes 5 state of the art BBQs surrounding the pool, hot tub, 2 saunas, pool bathrooms, and pool cabana kitchen (stove/fridge/sink).
Please note - if sand is left on toys, swimming gear, fins, etc. added cleaning costs may apply. if dishes are left in sink, added cleaning will apply. If coverlets are damaged with black luggage wheel marks, damages may be assessed.

Great choice for Maui getaway

We had a great stay at this condo in Kihei.The location is ideal, near shopping centers and restaurants, with beaches a short walk or drive away.The condo is clean and well equipped for a comfortable stay with a nice view of ocean.

Great Stay

Wonderful well stocked unit in a great location. Fabulous view and exactly as pictured. Complex has lovely pool, hot tub, and barbeque area. Our family loved our stay.

Outstanding accommodation and location

I loved that this unit is on the ground floor with no road to cross to hit the beach. Ample ceiling fans to keep the air moving. The place was very clean and well maintained. I would highly recommend this place.

Wonderful

The location was perfect and super clean! It was stocked with anything and everything we needed from beach towels and chairs to kitchen spices. Fun pool and we loved being able to grill. We would absolutely stay here again.

Great location

This is our four time to the island of Maui. We stayed in this location for the first time during our recent visit. Our room was on the ground floor which was not only amazing, but also helped with my dad’s mobility issues. The amenities available made this location feel like a home away from home.

Beautiful view!

Natalka was a great host and very accommodating. It was very clean and well stocked with everything you need. Her place is very centrally located and the short walk to the beach was nice. Beautiful morning view of the ocean from the lanai that was big enough for all of us.

Great property

Was overly impressed with the look and feel of the property and its location right on the ocean. The fact that the policy was to keep condiments in the fridge is something I wish every rental property would do. It helps people not have to run to the store right after they get there. Love the extra items like beach chairs, and all the things available to us renters.

Fabulous Property

We felt at home immediately and absolutely loved our stay. Natalka was awesome and very helpful with many aspects of our stay. Great position and perfect for cooking at home which we did every night. We played football in the spacious grassed area with amazing views. Comfortable beds, great kitchen and living spaces. We would definately return.

Great Location, Well Stocked & Beautiful View from Lanai

The central location on the island was ideal for us who traveled all over the island, but it also has nice beaches very close by. The condo was well stocked with what we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms. We had a question one time during our stay and the owner was very responsive and helpful. The pool was nice but not ideal for kids as there are rules limiting the amount of fun they can have. This seems pretty standard among condos we have stayed at though.

The property was beautiful. Cleanliness of condo needs improvement. Sofa sleeper very uncomfortable. Beach chairs , umbrella, coolers and beach towels were provided. Great view of the sunset from condo. Gas grills and pool area were a plus however they close at 9:00 pm which seems early. Close to airport, Costco, and Walmart.

We liked to bring ice in the cooler(amenities) with us to the beach. Very nice pool (also in the evening) and we used the BBQ twice. We were also happy that because of our changed early flight that we could check in early. The location is also very central. We saw one green turtle at the beach the second day. And could walk next morning very early via the beach and saw 25 turtles and sunrise. We used our rental car to visit other beaches to snorkel. We also enjoyed the beautiful sunsets. Thought we were in paradise with nice flowers and colorful birds and sounds.. Would advice this condo!

Bucket list trip for my father-in-law and it didn’t disappoint!

My father-in-law was diagnosed with a terminal illness in march of this year (2024) and he was given 2-6 months to live. His bucket list consisted of 2 things, all his kids and grandkids together again for a “family reunion” of sorts, and finally visiting Hawaii. So I set out to make Hawaii happen! (We have been about 5 times to Maui so far but it was my in-laws first time.) With only 4 weeks to plan a vacation for 7 of us it was going to be a stretch! (It was my husband and I, our 2 middle age kids, as well as my parents-in-law and my younger brother-in-law.) But thankfully this condo was available and just what we were looking for. The beach is within steps on the back lani, shopping is close, and it’s a smaller condo complex which we really appreciated not having to be in one of hundreds of condos to navigate. The kitchen was really nice and convenient to cook in (had a coffee maker, blender, pretty much anything by we could have needed and more) and it was so nice to have laundry right there in the condo. The pool was close by, as well as I think 5 different gas grills for cooking dinner on which was great! We are already getting plans together to go back next spring!

It is a beautiful place. Waking up every morning and have a viewing of the ocean is beautiful. My boys and family friends enjoyed ourselves. There are so many restaurants,excursions and beaches near the condo. The boys loved hanging out at the hot tub every night meeting the other guests and residents. Will definitely visit Maui again.
