Cozy 3 bedroom 2 bathroom cottage along the waterfront where your whole family will be able to relax together.
- Private beach on property with dock available for sea-doo or smaller boats,
waterfront fire-pit, paddle board, kayaks, and canoes available.
- Public beach and boat launch area 2 minutes away for larger boats as well. Great fishing on property and nearby lakes/rivers.
- Multiple 18 course golf clubs (Cobble Beach Golf Link and Legacy Ridge Golf Club) within 5 minutes from cottage.
- Numerous hiking trails around for all the hiking enthusiasts (Indian Falls, Ingles Falls, Harrison Park, etc.).
- Winter activities including snowmobile trails as well.
- Nearby sightseeing includes Blue Mountain (45min drive), South Hampton / Sauble beach (30min drive), and Bruce Peninsula / Tobermory (60min drive).
🚽Septic water system means we follow the rule of “If it’s yellow, let it mellow”
💧 Tap water is non-drinkable, however it is okay to cook with. Please bring your own water to drink!
🛶 We are happy to provide you with canoes kayaks and paddle boards for the full cottage experience, but guests will be held responsible and liable for use. Any damage will be covered by guests so please be respectful of all the items, for instance canoes cost $1000 each.
🪵 We can provide you wood for the outdoor fire pit for $10 a bag on-site, that is if you choose to not bring your own wood.

Great beds, super clean, TONS of extras like condiments, coffee pods…abundance of nice towels…comfy furniture… and the view!!!!!!! The dock, chairs, fire pit… and kayaks were all appreciated and used. The neighborhood is quiet and filled with beautiful properties. Such a wonderful way to start our vacation…. Visit my brother. Thank you.

Cottage weekend

Stayed here for a weekend with group of friends (6), place was as advertised, very well maintained and lovely home. Had a nice backyard and water access. Host was also very responsive and helpfull. Highly recommend!

The location is lovely, the property is lovely, the cottage itself is nicely modernized and clean. The amenities were plentiful. I highly recommend this as a great place for a getaway.

Beautiful cottage in lovely setting

We enjoyed our recent trip to this cottage. It is beautifully maintained and set up very nicely. Gorgeous waterfront and view. A few minutes from Owen Sound and close to lots of lovely nature walks. I highly recommend.

Family Fun

This place is so perfect for a family get together! The pictures are exactly accurate. The place was very clean and well stocked. Beautifully decorated too! The only issue we had were the twin bunk beds. They’re perfect for kids but my 70 year old brother and his wife didn’t care for them. lol. All the beds were very comfortable too. The host was excellent in communicating, getting back to me quickly with any questions. Definitely will stay again! Loved it!

Great getaway!

This was a wonderful getaway for our multi-generational family. The property and cottage were more beautiful than the pictures online did it justice. The property was flat and easy to get down to the water. The cottage had all the amenities that we needed. It was very convenient that the owners provided bed linens, towels and shampoo/conditioner, etc. We would definitely stay here again!

Immaculate Lake Front Cottage!

A group of us stayed at this cottage recently and the pictures really don't justify how great the property is! Backyard is huge with the dock and firepit at the lake, you'll have a scenic view all day. Inside of the house was spacious and modern with everything you could need. Only about a 10 minute drive to downtown. The only downside is the one bedroom with the bunk beds did not have two others as advertised. We noticed this in another review and just brought up an extra air mattress. Nenad was also very responsive and accommodating with anything we needed. 10/10 would highly recommend this place to anyone!

Comfortable waterfront getaway

This place was as advertised, very spacious and had everything we needed. The proximity to the water was great, and has the weather been nicer, we would have enjoyed more activities!

Nice waterfront location

The inside of the cottage was very nicely done and clean. Amenities in kitchen and bathrooms were as stated and appreciated. Keurig coffee - lots of it - but we did not know to bring our own decaf. The 3rd bedroom had bunk beds only; the listing showed bunk beds + 2 other beds, so that was disappointing. The location is beautiful.
