Thank you for your review, Regenia. We're glad you found the property and staff helpful, and enjoyed the swimming area and beach access. We apologize for the lack of housekeeping services during your stay and any inconvenience caused by not being informed in advance. We'll work to improve communication on this for future guests. Looking back on our communication I see that you called after hours and spoke with our after hours service. You informed her that your husband had fixed the door and you no longer needed assistance. We take these situations very seriously and would not ever want to leave you or any guest in a panic. If there was a real emergency threat we encourage you to call 911. Please know we have several ways to get in contact with us. You can reach out to us through text, phone, or email. We apologize you feel the phone operator was being rude as well as the repair man. We will use this as a learning opportunity to improve our guest services and make it a point to address this with them. We hope this will not detour you from staying with us, as we would love the opportunity to host you again!
