The space:
Introducing Tyne, the latest addition to Umhlanga Ridge, boasting panoramic vistas of the Indian Ocean and set amidst Durban's most fashionable restaurants and iconic malls. This remarkable Apart Hotel seamlessly combines sophistication with contemporary style and a welcoming design, across its four magnificent floors of apartments.
Experience ultimate comfort in our well-appointed apartments, complete with spacious queen-sized beds and essential amenities such as complimentary tea & coffee and shower essentials. Each kitchen is fully equipped for all your culinary preferences, from aspiring chefs to those who prefer convenience. Enjoy serene private balconies with ocean views.
We've ensured a hassle-free stay with backup power for common areas during load shedding. Conveniently located near shopping and dining options, our common area offers a variety of relaxation and recreation amenities. The Tyne is designed to meet every traveler's needs for an unforgettable experience.
This modern building has 24/7 security and access control, secure covered parking and elevator/lift access. One of the highlights of the building is the communal steam room.

Guests will be given their own set of keys and have the apartment to themselves.
Access codes are required to enter the Sanctuary estate

Linen, towels, tea, coffee, sugar and shower amenities are provided.
● All guests must have valid proof of identity upon entry.
● No outside visitors are allowed into the building.
● Alcohol Consumption: No consumption of alcohol is permitted in the
common areas (Reception/Pool/Parking etc)
● Dress Code: To ensure the comfort of all guests, guests are required to be
appropriately dressed in the common areas. Please ensure you are
covered upon leaving the pool area i.e. swimwear is only allowed to be
worn at the pool area.
●Conduct: Any activity which is considered illegal and/or causing any a nuisance, disturbing the quiet and peaceful occupation of neighbouring apartments, including but not limited to; The use of and trafficking of drugs, cannabis, and prostitution, and the abuse of alcohol will result in the involvement of the South African Police Service, immediate eviction and a R3500 penalty.
