Stay in an updated century home with a large entertaining space, fully equipped, super large kitchen, pool table, Wi-Fi, campfire pit, and hot tub. Drive your Atv, or snowmobile or Bike from the property to the trail. Plenty of room for trailers to park. Centrally located in the province , perfect as a base for sight seeing. Your group can hike or ride the valley trails to the ponds or scenic waterfalls , the valley look outs and creeks. It’s only a short drive to the ski hill, golf course, outdoor drive in, murals or shops and restaurants and ale house in sussex. After your day of exploring come back to the Roost, and enjoy the fantastic views and colourful sunsets, a campfire, stargaze in our big sky, and wake up with the birds! We are pet friendly and have artisan and collectibles shops and a free exchange library on site !

Please ensure all dishes are washed and in the drying rack. All used towels are moved to the laundry bin, and all garbage and recycling is in the correct waste container on the main floor .
Any reimbursable cans and bottles that are left will be redeemed and moneys donated to a local charity. Unopened food product left will be donated.
If you had pets, all yard waste should be picked up and in the waste container right before leaving.

Nestled between rolling hills, with creeks and ponds near by, listen to the toads croaking in the afternoon, or the coyotes call in the hills at dusk, maybe an owl hoot or see a bay from the or protected habitat nearby. Wake to the blue jays and song birds in the morning. Coffee on the deck or in the porch , or soak in the hot tub. It’s time to relax.
