Beautiful beach home just minutes walk to Cowes Beach, restaurants and shops.

Welcome to our beach house! This beautifully appointed home in a coveted Cowes location is just a six-minute walk to Cowes Beach, perfect for beach strolls and just a short walk to shops and restaurants. It sleeps 8 and features all conveniences, including a large outdoor patio area with a stainless steel BBQ for al fresco dining, a secure backyard, and undercover parking. Inside, there are four bedrooms, two living areas with heating and air conditioning, and a wood fire (perfect for snuggling up with a good book and a glass of red wine). And for those wanting a digital detox, we have a bookcase with over 200 books, and a selection of jigsaw puzzles and games to enjoy.

Henri was fantastic with his communication. The house is amazing. There’s so much space for people to be in their own zone or, come together and create awesome memories around the table or lounge playing games and chatting or go outside and kick the footy. The atmosphere of the house created a chilled out relaxed vibe that we so needed as a family. We loved our day and night walks to the beach, plus our trips to town to explore the sites.

Thanks Henri for a great stay. The house was perfect for our holiday, hosting two families without us being on top of each other. The place is so light and spacious and true to the photo's. Henri was fantastic in providing local information regarding fun activities to do as well as local eateries to try. Would highly recommend this space.

My parents stayed here as a Christmas gift…very clean and spacious. Communication was excellent. Well appointed and well stocked with supplies. Very central location. It was just the two of them, but would be perfect for bigger families.

A lovely, spacious house that is very clean, very close to both the main road and a dog friendly beach, and it has all the amenities you could need. I definitely look forward to staying there again some time.

A beautifully presented and maintained specious home, which formed the perfect base for our family’s long holiday weekend on Phillip Island. We had excellent communication with Henri, our host, prior to our arrival……and were thrilled to discover when we arrived that his home was just as gorgeous as depicted in the listing, if not more so. Having two seperate living areas and two bathrooms worked so well for our family…… teenagers upstairs & adults downstairs! We loved the huge kitchen; the large light airy sunny main lounge room; the woodburner fireplace (a cosy fire on a winters evening was heavenly); and the little thoughtful touches, such as a coffee machine with coffee pods, wood for the fire, a brand new BBQ, board games, books and DVDs, and excellent heating and electric blankets. Thank you Henri - we loved staying in your home and really appreciated your helpful local recommendations, plus advice on walks and the best beaches. We highly recommend this property, and we can’t wait to return for another relaxing stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and well designed so everyone has their own space. Beds comfortable. Great amenities and there’s a coffee machine (capsules supplied) which made my day each morning. The house caters for all ages. Great for families. My teenagers loved the choice of DVDs, books, board games, the Wii game console and of course WiFi. A short 5 minute walk to the beach and close walking range to town centre. 7 minute drive to the race track. Thank you Henri.
