O - You will see that one of the bedrooms looks over the backdoor stairs, please reach out to us if you have any questions
O - This is a coastal property so leaving windows open may lead to insects flying in.
O - We want to make sure you have a comfortable and enjoyable stay with us. Just a friendly reminder that our hot water tank is of a certain capacity, so if you plan to take a bath, we recommend you to use the water efficiently. That way you can ensure that you'll have enough hot water for the duration of your stay.

Guest Access:
You will have access to the full apartment. The apartment is in a building with 12 other apartments so the entry to the building is shared common space.

To get to the entry, you can either come from Jaques Avenue where you can also find street paid parking or the main Lamrock Avenue to reach the main entry of the building. The apartment is located on level one.

Paid parking is available at places like the Bondi Pavilion car park, but free parking spots are known to locals within a short walk of the beach.

The best time to visit Bondi Beach is during the spring (September to November) and autumn (March to May), when the weather is pleasant and the crowds are smaller. Lifeguards patrol Bondi Beach year-round, typically from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm, ensuring the safety of swimmers.
