Now it's time for you to pave the path for the new legacy Bettor's Booty The Seaquel by creating your own vacation memories of a lifetime! Sleep and dine up to 14 in your party while playing games together in the spectacular great room covered by a massive nautical fan while enjoying your favorite movie or sports game on the 75 big screen TV equipped with sound bar that will have everyone dancing around the open floor plan at some point. Plenty of couch space, fully equipped kitchen with ample cabinetry, a food prep island, leathered granite countertops, wainscot, uniquely colorful LVP throughout, shiplap, walk-in shower and even a high-speed universal EV charger! Plenty of deck space with a plethora of brand new white polywood furniture to watch the Beach Drive activity with cold drinks while enjoying the ocean views. Or, switch to the backside decks to watch the kids splash and play in your private pool while grilling your favorite grinds for dinner. Dog friendly includes up to two canine guests who will enjoy their own beach time instead of the dreaded kennel. The Seaquel is well-positioned for an easy walk to the beach to lay in the sun or an evening stroll to enjoy sun setting over the water!
