Great location. Host was very responsive. He made sure to reach out several times to make sure we had everything we needed and were happy with the place. And if I contacted him he would respond quickly. Beautiful view of the bay!

The house and property were beautiful with an amazing view of the bay as well as wildlife and you could see the sunrise over the bay from almost every room in the house :) The screened in porch was so nice, as well as the kitchen where you could still see the beautiful view of the bay! There were kayaks and you could fish and crab right there from a very nice, well maintained pier. The neighborhood was so nice and very quiet, even over the weekend. My whole family, including mutliple generations, had a great vacation and the host was the most attentive and kind host I've ever had with!!! :)

Fabulous waterfront rental

This was a fabulous and roomy place to stay for our daughter's wedding, The host was wonderful and accommodating, and the house was well appointed for a sizable group. You couldn't beat the view, especially with a full moon and lovely weather, Definitely book this again !

This was a perfect place for our four-man golf group. 4 beds and 4 baths with good outdoor space for playing cards or hanging out. Always peaceful to be on the water. Host was really helpful.

Great time at a great property! Rudy was a great host and couldn’t be more accommodating. Check-in was very smooth, excellent communication from the host; checkout was easy and well planned as well. With 3.5 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms the accommodations for our family were perfect. The kitchen was well stocked and nicely laid out for easy meal prep and serving for the group. A real bonus was the availability of Kayaks and having the dock for easy launch and recovery. Also, crabbing right off the dock was very productive and was fun for the entire family. Nice job by our host, thanks for the fantastic hospitality! Be sure to meet Jerry and Sue, the friendly and welcoming neighbors! Excellent property and a stay enjoyed by all. This was our 5th stay in the Ocean Pines community having enjoyed other properties as well.

Quiet surroundings with a water view

We planned a last minute family get away and needed a place to stay that was pet friendly. The porch view of the river was my favorite area of the house. 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms was perfect for our group of 6 adults plus washer and dryer were much needed. We used the dock for our boat and had a couple of successful fishing trips nearby. The host Rudy was accommodating and responsive and seems to be a wonderful person. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying our family time in his home. Plenty of comfortable seating for all of us, enough items stocked for having some meals in, and overall we had a great time together there.

Best vacation ever

We are from Arkansas and met Grandparents that met our son and daughter-in-law and our grandchildren at the home. We stayed four days and it was great! The dock is wonderful for crabbing,fishing and kayaking. We even had got to have a crab feast at the end our stay. Rudy was fantastic! Very communicative and accommodating. Can say enough good things about the entire experience.

End of year family trip 2024

Rudy was a wonderful, caring, responsive and involved host. He contacted us frequently to make sure we were having a wonderful trip and made sure we had everything we needed for an enjoyable time. What a special person. The weather was above average the first 4 days so we got to enjoy the kayaks and we got to enjoy fishing off of the dock. The fireplace at night was beautiful. Great location to the area. Got to enjoy something different every day! Thank you so much… we will definitely be back !

Amazing! This may have been the best family vacation we have ever taken. The view every morning was breathtaking. We fished off the private dock and kayaked everyday. Our host Rudy truly treated us like family. He went above and beyond for us in a way i have never experienced in any other rental experience. He sent board games to the house for the 4 kiddos! He was communicative and responsive. He ordered us a pizza on arrival so we could focus in our grumpy kiddos and unpacking. So thoughtful! It's set up very dog friendly.Ocean Pines has so much to do - we only visited Ocean City beach maybe twice. Everyone is friendly in the community and the pools are awesome. There is a lovely playground and they have activities for residents and vistors. Restaurants and food lion are super close by. I'm already planning my stay next year!

Beautiful view of the river in quiet neighborhood

Our family booked this home for a last minute family gathering (me, my husband, 3 adult kids and our daughter-in-law. The porch with the river view was my favorite area with comfortable and ample seating for everyone. The home had plenty of space, bedrooms, and bathrooms for 6 adults and allowed our dog to be there. We used the dock for our boat and had a couple successful fishing trips while there. Plenty of comfortable seating for everyone in the living room and bedrooms are spacious with fairly comfortable beds. Rudy the homeowner was the most gracious host and he went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and enjoyed our time together there; he seems like a genuinely nice and caring person and checked in with us to be sure we had what we needed and he was the most responsive host we have come across and we appreciate his attentiveness. Easy check-in and check-out. Quiet neighborhood close to everything but far enough away.

Fantastic view!

Our extended family had a great stay here. Plenty of room, great views of St Martins River and Ocean City in the far distance. Generously, the owner provided kayaks so we could paddle as a group and we enjoyed the sunset from the water. The kitchen is decently stocked with miscellaneous cookware and utensils, and the appliances worked great except for the ice maker. Overall the house was a good size for 5 of us and we could host dinners for family staying in nearby. The house itself is decent but needs an update (flooring, outside deck). Outdoor temperatures were above 90 so the AC was much appreciated. However the upstairs bedrooms got very warm. Is a great location so a terrific rental given some TLC.

The View is Everything!

I stayed here with my husband, our two kids, my mom, and my sister. We loved our time here. The view of the bay for me was everything! We loved sitting on the patios or even the dock and watching the waves and birds. We aren’t boating people, but kayaks were available for our use and even beach chairs. For a family, this is a great value as we also had a stocked kitchen and oven to use. A Food Lion market is very close. Perfect for us as we like to cook and even cooked some fresh seafood for dinner while here. It was nice knowing we could prepare breakfast easily. There was also an available Xbox for the kids. Rudy is an involved, thoughtful host who checked in on us everyday and made sure we had access to amenities. We would stay here again. I already miss watching the sun rise. A perfect place if you want to be close to Ocean City but want to able to get away from it at the end of the day.One thing to note that would have helped us is understanding the layout of bedrooms and bathrooms ahead of time a little better, so I’ll add it here: Downstairs: there are two full bathrooms (accessible showers, no tub) and a small bedroom with a twin bed (trundle underneath). One bathroom is next door to the twin bedroom and the other is next to the laundry room.2nd Floor: there are three bedrooms with queen beds. The master includes a full bathroom (accessible showers, no tub). There is a full bathroom in the hall for the other two bedrooms and this one has a tub.
